Alternative education nad parents decision to choose it

The bachelor's thesis contains a research investigation, based on the idea of why parents choose alternative education for their child. The answers to this question are obtained through a questionnaire, which is also the main element of the bachelor's thesis. The alternative ways of education in the Czech Republic are described in detail here. Furthermore, the thesis aims to guide and help parents who think about alternative education and are about to choose a kindergarten for their child. The research investigation of a quantitative nature is depicted in the practical part using the already mentioned questionnaire which is subsequently described and evaluated using a graph.

Impact of the Covid - 19 pandemic on Czech Social Security Administration

Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností České správy sociální zabezpečení (dále ČSSZ) v době pandemie covid-19, konkrétně Okresní správou sociálního zabezpečení České Budějovice a přibližuje její fungování. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a poodkrýt dopady pandemie covid-19 na činnost této správy. Dále se práce zabývá spokojeností klientů a jejich povědomím o produktech a službách. Práce také zkoumá klientskou komunikace s ČSSZ v době pandemie. Nejpodstatnější metodou zkoumání bylo dotazníkové šetření formou online dotazníku. Hlavními výsledky tohoto výzkumu je zjištění, že velmi málo klientů zná online službu ePortál a někteří nemají ani povědomí o činnosti ČSSZ. Dalším hlavním zjištěním je, že respondenti si přejí více úředních dní, konkrétně alespoň tři dny a také preferují elektronickou komunikaci (v různých podobách) s ČSSZ. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou navrhnutá konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení stávající či budoucí situace. Práce se opírá především o nejaktuálnější data, a tou je Zpráva o činnosti ČSSZ 2021.

Management of nursery school with more separated workplaces

Final thesis presents a comparison of the management of kindergartens, which are divided according to given specifications. This segmentation was the fact kindergartens with more separated workplace, which became the subject of further research. In the theoretical part defines the basic concepts of management. The survey is aimed at business functions. Terminology each function highlights the importance of the issue of management control. In the empirical part was used a quantitative survey questionnaire form created in Google Docs. The results were transferred to the clear graphs and tables for further use. Works by respondents from the region Mladá Boleslav, where forty-six nursery schools. Subsequent research was focused on qualitative research with a focus on kindergarten with more separated workplace. Respondents with personal meetings to answer questions formulated. These survey results were recorded in tabular summaries and further processed for further research. The information obtained with the respondents in managerial positions revealed an overall view of managing organizations. Management and outsourcing of ski courses of secondary schools

Title: Management and outsourcing of ski courses for secondary schools Objectives: The aim is to build a case study of a fictitious company whose business is the organization of ski courses for secondary schools using outsourcing. This objective is achieved through market research that identifies the view on the issue of headteachers at Czech secondary schools. Methods: A quantitative method of questioning was used for the research, which took place in both written and electronic form. The case study of a fictitious company uses a marketing mix of services as a tactical tool. Results: The assembled case study of a fictitious company, based on the results of an investigation, is a concrete plan for the first year of its existence. The company is able to provide the organization at a competitive price level to existing ski courses at secondary schools. Motivating factors influencing the work of directors of nursery school

Master's thesis entitled Motivating factors influencing the work of directors of nursery schools aims to identify motivational factors influencing the work of headmasters. The main objective of the research is to determine which of motivation, stimulation, and demotivating factors affect headmasters of nursery schools of the Pardubice Region. Based on quantitative and qualitative research lead to the fulfillment of specific objectives. The first partial objective is to conclude from created questions for a research and carrying out research among nursery schools among Managers of Pardubice region through a questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis of the data,what motivational factors, stimulation, demotivating and to what extent, affect the work of directors of nursery schools in Pardubice region. The second partial objective is to compare the motivational factors influencing the work of selected directors surveyed of nursery schools in Pardubice region at different stages of their professional development and to identify changes in the scope of these factors of motivation.
