The main goal of this thesis is to explore basic methods which is using for extraction of important words from articles. After that try to understand character of using keywords from the available set of testing English articles. Based on these findings, try to design and to implement a system which is using this methods. Then created system testing on the real English articles and after that try to analyse results.

This thesis describes design, implementation and testing of application for automatic keyterm extraction from technical texts in czech language. Multiple algorithms for candidate selection, as well as various statistical and linguistic methods for score calculation were implemented. All of these algorithms were analyzed and compared, and best performing ones were chosen to be included in the final version of the program.

Media Image of the Selected Geological Terms from Evolution of the Organisms on the Earth

1 ABSTRACT The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to map the media image of 9 selected geological terms related to the topic "Evolution of the Organisms on the Earth" and to analyse an educational potential of selected media texts/articles for teaching process at primary and secondary schools. The bachelor thesis also presents the author's methodology for evaluation of the occurrence and categorization of (geological) terms in media texts/articles selected using the Anopress database. The thesis combinates qualitative content analysis and qualitative research. The research sample includes 115 articles/texts from the 15 most read news websites from the first to third quarters in 2021. The results show that (i) the most frequently mentioned topics in media are recent organisms, geological environment and ecological terms and relationships in a context of the analysed geological terms, (ii) only a small percentage of the analysed articles/texts can be used for teaching process at primary and secondary schools as supplementary studied materials, because most of the articles have mentioned geological terms without further explanation, (iii) Deník.cz has the highest educational potential from the 15 most read news websites. Child Sexual Abuse Syndrome

Thesis CSA syndrome in children, examines current issues of sexual abuse and its consequences. The theoretical section deals with the history of sexual abuse, contemporary view on this issue and the legal treatment of offenders and victims. Furthermore, thesis acquaints readers with various types of sexual abuse and marginally with commercial abuse. The aim of the research in the practical section of the thesis is to ascertain the level of awarness of students in this issues, together with their own personal experience concerning sexual abuse and whether they have any sexually abused person in their vicinity. The quantitative research was conducted at the elementary school Drtinova.

The sense of time and terms in private law

Analysis and description of historical development and of the current legislation of the issues dealing with the meaning of time and periods in the private law. The issues of origin, alteration, or termination of relations within the Civil Law in connection with the time flow. The question of determining a fixed period of time (date) and the time running (periods, times). The issue of a particular determination of the commencement or the termination of the periods, the question of (un)interrupted periods (suspension or termination of the period running), consequences of passage of time. Analysis, historical development, description and comparison of the concept of limitation (weakening of a right), lapse (extinguishment of a right), and prescription, the current legislation thereof. The meaning and consequences of the limitation and the lapse, distinguishing between both the aforementioned concepts.

The theme of this thesis are terms that delimit realisation of teaching the climbing sport in basic schools. The aim of the these is to identify and analyse the terms for the realisation of teaching the climbing sport in schools during the PE classes. The theoretical part is aimed at the history of climbing and climbing walls, on a detailed description of the climbing material, and on the elucidation of climbing sport as an appropriate activity for the PE classes. In the present work, we deal with the translation of a scholarly text written in a popular instructional style. Its transfer to the Czech language was mainly a shift of the intellectualization, leveling and also of the obsolescence that one could not avoid due to the fact that the statistic data were reported in the text to the year 2000. During the translation, problems occurred mainly in search of Czech equivalents of terms concerning areas that are unfamiliar for the Czech culture such as sea fishing. The text, its theme and style corresponded to the texts translated during seminars at the Institute of Translation and it was thus possible for us to apply our knowledge gained at these courses.
