Insolvency administrator's remuneration in bankruptcy Abstract This thesis is divided into nine individual parts, the aim of which is to introduce the reader to the issue of insolvency administrator's remuneration in bankruptcy. The first parts primarily introduce the institution of insolvency proceedings, the insolvency administrator and concepts related to these institutes. Subsequently, in the next part, the thesis deals with concepts such as the bankruptcy estate, monetization of the bankruptcy estate or the proceeds of monetization. In the following parts, the thesis deals with the remuneration of the insolvency administrator in bankruptcy, in which it analyses its essence, the reasons for its existence and then the functioning of the institute itself. The ambition of this thesis is to provide the reader not only with a general idea of the insolvency administrator's remuneration, but also of its functioning. The aim is also to present the method of determining the insolvency administrator's remuneration, its calculation, its historical and current amount, as well as related institutes and concepts, such as the use of the advance payment of the insolvency administrator's remuneration, the moderation right of the insolvency court, or the reasons for reducing and increasing the insolvency administrator's...

Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The diploma thesis focuses on the area of human resources management and specifies specific aspects ofthis area, establishes the definition of personnel activities and identifies the individual tasks of a personnel officer. The first part of the work is devoted to theoretical starting points, specifically defining personnel activities including individual subcategories. The second part ofthe thesis analyzes the management of human resources in a specific company. In the final part, specific recommendations for the given company regarding changes in personnel management are formulated. These recommendations are based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience and are designed with regard to the current situation in society.

This bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system in a particular company. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of employee remuneration, which were drawn from the relevant literature. In the second part, an analysis is made of the current state of remuneration in the selected company, taking into account the internal and external influences that shape this system. The final part of the paper presents suggestions for adjustments to the reward system that should lead to better employee satisfaction and loyalty.

The bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system in a chosen company and brings suggestions for changes that should increase employee satisfaction. It is structured into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part uses professional literature to explain the employee remuneration system in detail. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the existing remuneration system in the company. In the design part, measures are presented that should lead to a better employee remuneration system and increase their satisfaction.

The work focuses on human resource management in a small company with an emphasis on employee compensation and provided benefits. The theoretical part of the work aims to clarify concepts related to compensation and employee motivation. The analytical part consists of analysing the current motivational system, employee and management opinions on the existing compensation system, as well as an analysis of the competitive environment. The final section presents proposals for improving the motivational system – the first aiming to satisfy employee preferences, the second considering the company's capabilities, and the last one in line with current trends in the labour market
