Práce se zaměřuje na řízení lidských zdrojů v malé firmě s důrazem na odměňování zaměstnanců a poskytované benefity. Teoretická část práce se věnuje objasnění pojmů souvisejících s odměňováním a motivací pracovníků. Analytická část se skládá z analýzy současného motivačního systému, názoru zaměstnanců a vedení firmy na aktuální odměňovací systém, a zároveň z analýzy konkurenčního prostředí. V poslední části se nachází návrhy na zlepšení motivačního systému – první s cílem uspokojit přání zaměstnanců, druhý s ohledem na možnosti firmy a poslední v návaznosti na aktuální trendy na trhu práce. The work focuses on human resource management in a small company with an emphasis on employee compensation and provided benefits. The theoretical part of the work aims to clarify concepts related to compensation and employee motivation. The analytical part consists of analysing the current motivational system, employee and management opinions on the existing compensation system, as well as an analysis of the competitive environment. The final section presents proposals for improving the motivational system – the first aiming to satisfy employee preferences, the second considering the company's capabilities, and the last one in line with current trends in the labour market
