Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců na pobočce vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, které je potřeba znát a porozumět jim. V druhé kapitole, která je nazvána jako analytická část je popsána ekonomická situace společnosti, současný systém odměňování, vnitřní a vnější faktory, které na systém působí. Třetí část je věnována návrhům na zlepšení stávajícího systému odměňování na pobočce vybrané společnosti. The bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system at a selected company branch. It is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on theoretical knowledge that needs to be known and understood. The second chapter, titled as the analytical part, describes the economic situation of the company, the current remuneration system, internal and external factors influencing the system. The third part is dedicated to proposals for improving the current reward system at the selected company branch.
