Předmětem této bakalářské práce je komparace účetních a daňových aspektů zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraných společnostech. Teoretická část je soustředěna na personalistiku a samotné vymezení zaměstnaneckých benefitů z účetního i daňového hlediska, včetně jejich legislativní úpravy. Praktická část se věnuje benefitům, poskytovaným v konkrétních strojírenských společnostech, s jejich následným porovnáním. Závěrem je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, na jehož základě jsou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení systému odměňování. The subject of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits in selected companies. The theoretical part is focused on HR and the definition of employee benefits from the accounting and tax point of view, including their legislative regulation. The practical part is devoted to benefits provided in specific engineering companies, with their subsequent comparison. Finally, a questionnaire survey is evaluated, on the basis of which proposals for improving the remuneration system are made.
