It describes in detail the reality TV genre, its brief history of broadcasting, focusing on the motivational elements of the program participants Pošta pro Tebe. It investigates the impact and effect of media and mediated relationship to the contents of a reality. It analysis the audience base, explores reasons for visiting the TV studio spectators, why people looking for this TV show and why they watch it by questionnaires, interviews. It's looking for the credibility of the program and asking whether the audience would become program participants. This master thesis focuses on the typology of researches that public service broadcaster Czech television uses to analyse audience feedback - measurement of ratings, contentment and public service. The thesis describes history of TV audience researches from beginnings to the present in Czechoslovakia and the Czech republic as well as abroad. It also mentions problems that the aspiration for perfection of measurement brings. This thesis also addresses the functioning of Czech TV's Research and analysis department and brings original research focused on the influence of survey results over the scheduling of ČT24 programme. The thesis further includes interviews with Renata Týmová, chief of Research and analysis department, and Zdeněk Šámal, manager of news and sports department.
Contemporary methods of devising broadcasting schedules of public and commercial television

Primary aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the program scheme of television ČT1, as a public service medium and TV Prima, as a commercial television and describe the methods used for the program scheme creation. Secondary aim is to determine circumstances on which the new shows of each TV are created and how those shows are being implemented as a part of newly devised program schemes. First part of this bachelor thesis explains main terms connected closely with the thesis theme. Specifically, those terms are: dual broadcasting system, public service TV, commercial TV, ratings, target group, audience, subculture, prime time, ads, show creation and program scheme. The aim of the following thesis part is a brief summary of each compared TV and a more complex analysis of chosen characteristics, as follows: audience, ratings and the program scheme. Stars, points, percentage: the influence of critics reviews on the Czech cinema attendance

Diploma thesis Stars, points, percentage: the influence of critics reviews on the Czech cinema attendance aims to verify whether reviews and critics in printed and electronic media affect how many viewers see the movie in the cinema. Besides this main question, this study is also focused on other hypotheses associated with the general notion that a professional film critic, as an expert, has higher demands on audiovisual works, and therefore films rated in professional journals have a lower rating than when they are evaluated in the media intended for the general public. The theoretical framework of the thesis briefly deals with the definition and historical development of criticism at first in general and then with the critics and reviews of film. It also outlines the evolution of cinematography and film as media and art. In addition, some other factors that may affect cinema attendance are mentioned. The last passage summarizes the current foreign and domestic studies and works dealing with similar topics. In the research part, all the films that premiered in our country from 2006 to 2015 were analyzed by the quantitative method. The bachelor thesis is about the phenomenon of digital media and their impact and role in contemporary society. The aim of this work is to describe the changes related to the influence of the digital media on society in particular - the one connected to children and adolescents. The theme is to define its status with an emphasis on youth development issues. The thesis evaluates changes in leisure time activities and describes social pathologies which occur relating to digital media and the influence of digital technologies and media on the current generation of adolescents. Research aims to find out how and how much time adolescents spend on the internet and how digital media influence them by using quantitative research. Title: Compared organizational forms of aerobics Objective: The aim of the work is - based on theoretical knowledge, inquiry and the analysis of competition compositions - to define the characteristics of the most appropriate organizational form of organizing movement compositions in aerobics. Methods: The method used in this work is the description of the theoretical foundations supplemented with my own commentary. I will seek consensus in the organization and evaluation of three selected movement composition competitions in aerobics. The second method will be questioning. I will create a questionnaire which will be supplemented with interviews. Respondents will be chosen from the ranks of trainers, authors of movement compositions that are part of the contest. The third method will be the analysis of three selected competition exercises. Results: The result of the work is the definition of the most appropriate organizational form of organizing competitions in aerobics movement compositions. Minuta z přírody - Analyze of the TV Programme

This Bachelor's Thesis is focused on the TV show "Minuta z přírody". The show is analysed from different points of view, such as the study of the show's semantics and synthetics with the focus on its genre, inclusion of the show in the TV program, its ratings and the authors' intentions. Consequently, the practical part is divided into several parts. First of all, in the thesis the TV show is presented according to the genre, theory of narrative, ratings and its position among other shows. Further, the main focus is on the quality of sound, music, scene and the spoken word. Another part examines the show's division into episodes and the following one searches for possible analogues among them. The general outcome of the research is acquired by two methods, unstandardized interview and semiotic analysis of the text.
Prima tv news reengineering

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a reflection of changes in the main reporting session TV Prima family. Since August 2009, when Jitka Obzinová was appointed by chief editor and publicity chief. After her arrival the changes began to implement and these were unique for the Czech media market. The changes led to the creation of the hourly information block, which allowed in messages to process of new topics which until then, was not in the news area. Development of the new information blocks which led to the cancellation of the news of sport as well as the abolition of the moderated by the weather. However the changes that have been made in the course of two years, have led to an increase in viewing current news FTV Prima. It did not transform only the content and structure of the main intelligence relationship but also a visual concept. Detailed chronological overview of the ganges arised after the analysis of print and online media for the reference period. Bachelor's thesis does not consist of a theoretical part but it has a practical part. Using quantitative methods of research namely the technique of the questionnaires which was intended only for respondents age category 15 and more managed to evaluate if the viewer with the changes.
