The subject of the thesis is the „Solnice Tourist Centre“ project. This project involves the reconstruction of 2 historical buildings in the center of Znojmo. This centre is on the national heritage register. The project aims to build a three star pension with a 51 bed capacity and offer value added services to tourists to the area. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the purpose and realization of this project on the basis of economical and financial indicators. Some key points to be looked at are: best option chosen, were financial requirements correctly defined, risks involved and future of the investment. This thesis will also be used as basis for documentation to claim a SROP grant.

The main effect of this graduation theses is detailed project for control process of exactness of angular measuring instruments. It is necessary to produce conponents with sufficient accuracy for correct function of machines. That is why there is very important thing to exactly measure proportions of these conponents during industrial process. Then the real parameters of finished products are confronted with measures stated in conponent plans. The final deviations have to fall into fixed limits. Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. On this basis the conception of strength, speed and coordination abilities stimulation could have been set up and suitable methods, means and forms of the goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination training could have been chosen with focus on youth teams and older goaltenders. Relationship of basic schools of arts and public in region of Nymburk

The final version of bachelor's thesis is about mapping relationship between art schools and public in region of Nymburk. It is also focused on finding tools and resources , which art schools use in its propagation and in communication with the public. Theoretical part deals with communication with public topic, strategic planning, specific resources PR and target group PR for schools. Research part of the thesis is focused on three art schools that operate in the region of Nymburk: ZUŠ Lysá nad Labem, ZUŠ Nymburk and ZUŠ Poděbrady. This part is looking for following answers: what tools and resources for propagation and ensuring quality relaitonships do the schools use and what reserves schools actually have. The thesis also contains tables and graphs that show results of the research part.

Strategies and resources of help of assistant to student in learning

This thesis is about strategies applied by the teaching assistant and his tools of help in connection with the pupil in the learning process. The theoretical part includes the following themes: the inclusion, the position of teaching assistant and the pupils with special educational needs. The practical part of thesis solves the problems of two individual pupils with special educational needs visiting the first grade of elementary school. This part aims at searching and reflection of effective help from the teaching assistant to the pupil. The practical part is based on an action research that is divided into two parts. Each practical part is dedicated to one pupil. The first part of the action research dedicated to pupil J. solves a problem with pupil's seisures and his return to the learning proces. During the research, it has been observed that the pupil is returned to the learning proces through the quiet handling of teaching assistant connected with an eye contact. The second part of the action reasearch is dedicated to the pupil P. The problem of low self-confidence and often giving up of his work before its completion is solved in this part. The economics of selected municipalities in the field of crisis management.

The topic of the thesis is "Economy of Selected Municipalities in the Field of Crisis Management". Each municipality should allocate funds in its approved annual budget, expenditure part, according to Section 25 of Act No. 240/2000 Coll., on crisis management and on amendment to certain acts (crisis act), to ensure preparation for crisis situations and the special-purpose reserve of financial resources to deal with crisis situations and eliminate their consequences. Most municipalities, however, do not earmark, or earmark these funds, but to the extent necessary. This situation was detected by a study and subsequently confirmed by the National Security Audit, which was approved by the Government of the Czech Republic in 2016. The aim of this thesis was to verify how selected municipalities of the South Bohemian Region, specifically in the territory of ORP České Budějovice, plan financial resources for the preparation and resolution of crisis situations according to Act No. 240/2000 Coll., on crisis management and on amendment to certain acts (crisis act). In order to obtain data related to the research question if the selected municipalities of the South Bohemian Region are planning funds for the preparation and resolution of crisis situations was chosen a questioning method, the questionnaire technique. A total of 109 municipalities in the South Bohemian Region in the territory of ORP České Budějovice were contacted within the questionnaire survey. The obtained data were analysed, subsequently graphically displayed and evaluated. Through the research investigation, it was found that the selected municipalities do not sufficiently plan funds for the preparation and resolution of crisis situations. The financial reserve is planned only by municipalities with a basic extent of state administration, but only at their discretion, not with regard to the development of crisis situations in the municipality or with regard to the amount of damage to municipal property or exceptionally. Czech Radio Dvojka - building contact with the audience

The master's thesis Czech Radio Dvojka - building contact with the audience analyses the instruments, which is this station used to address listeners, respectively the recipients of media content. The thesis is based on the theoretical framework which is postulated by the sociologist John B. Thompson in the book The Media and Modernity, on his triad of interactions, which characterizes the effect of communication media. Whereas the first type "mediated quasi- interaction" characterizes unidirectional transmission of the radio station to a listener, the other two types - "mediated interaction" and "face to face interaction" characterize ways how the medium could overcome this unidirectional communication. Therefore this master's thesis analyses the selected programs of the station Czech Radio Dvojka, which represent these mentioned types. Thereafter the qualitative analysis analyses especially the instruments of moderators with use of the triple coding's type (open coding, axial coding, selective coding), because the moderators represent the station and substantially determine its communicative style. Methods: In this thesis were used the methods of analysis and explanation of literature and scientific articles which are focused on athletic and fire fighter sport. Results: Results of this thesis is description and development of fire fighter sport and conditioning components that are key components in fire fighter sport performance.
