Jinochová, Tereza ; Hájková, Jana (advisor) ; Hronzová, Marie (referee)
The aim of this dissertation is to find out the level of motoric abilities at younger school age children who take part in social dance. I tested the level of motoric abilities using the test battery Unifittest (6 - 60). I compared the level of motoric abilities at younger school age children who take part in social dance and at younger school age children who only attend PE lessons. I tried to find out the change of the level in motoric abilities at the two above mentioned groups. I also tried to discover the type and frequency of other sport activities which children regularly do in their free time. Empirically focused part of my thesis substantiate that children of the younger school age, who take part in social dance, achieved a bigger improvement of fitness and coordinative motoric abilities. The biggest improvement was in the test of flexibility. On the basis of the questionnaire survey I found out, that children of the younger school age who do not take part in social dance, very often devote to football in their leisure. The thesis focuses on the prevention and correction of arch defects of the foot in children during their first grade of elementary school. In this paper, we analyze whether it is possible within the school curriculum to contribute to the prevention and recovery of students through an exercise program and to include this in the curriculum. We offer a variety of aids that are useful for the program. The aim of the experiment is to assess the extent of those defects in children and the effects of the exercises on the foot. The contribution of the exercise program on the arch of the foot evaluated using plantography before and after the intervention, interviews with pedagogues, questioning of the pupils and their legal representatives. A part of the work is methodical set of exercises, which are useful for daily exercise. The research group consists of 28 students from the second grade of elementary school. After completing the training program, the incidences of children with malformation of the foot arch decreased by 3.6%. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Kašparová, Alena ; Panská, Šárka (advisor) ; Fričová, Marie (referee)
Characterization work: The rhythm of the movement is considered one of the basic assumptions of the optimum design movement technique. It develops musical-physical assumptions, and therefore a rhythmic feeling, which is important in children's categories. These assumptions can influence the appropriate intervention program of music and movement activities. Well mastered rhythm and movement patterns contribute to the successful acquisition of a variety of physical activities and sports performance in the final. These activities develop and enhance music assumptions with mainly a sense of rhythm, coordination of movement and an ability to handle performance music, as well as movement etudes for children of school age. The intervention program is made up of several sections that include activity without music, as well as with music and activities with sounding tools. Methodology: In my work I used empirical method of research - testing. We worked with experimental (EG) and control (CG) group. Both groups underwent input diagnostic rhythmic abilities. Subsequently, on the basis of diagnosis, age-old practice and literature, I created a musical movement intervention program for the...

Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: To find relationship between physical fitness and body compositon in young soccer players in Povltavská football academy Methods: The main scientific method was observation. The research sample consisted of 25 young players (9.9 ± 0.4 years). Physical fitness wass measured by Unifittest 6-60 a body somatotype was measured according to Heath-Carter method. Correlation analysis was used for identifying of relationships between variables. Results: A significant correlation (r = -0.62; p˂0,001) we found endomorphic between the component and the assay score UNIFITTEST (6-60). This relationship indicates a higher level of physical fitness of players with lower levels of fat. Upon closer analysis of individual tests UNIFITTEST 6-60, we found a significant relationship only between the shuttle endomorph and endurance test. Furthermore it was found above the average test score Unifettestu (6-60) in 76% of the players.
