Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: Bachelor thesis concentrates on nursery school culture building in connection with providing of selected above-standard activities in nursery schools of Usti district. Introductory part specifies in more details nursery school as an outset of institutional preschool education and school culture. Following is introduction in school culture with its quality features which reflect directly into quality of education and raising. In next part, there are described above- standard activities of nursery schools which help to parents'decision during selection between nursery school for their children. For better idea about realization and progress of implemented selected above-standard activities you can find an evaluated questionnaire survey in the last part of thesis. Here I investigate if the selected offered above-standard activities influence on nursery culture building.
Primary school management in the transition to grammar school dabing the 5th and 7 th grades

In the introductory part of the final bachelor thesis the theoretical basis are described. These are the ones that school management can rely on when influencing the decision-making process of pupils and their legal representatives whether to change to grammar school or whether pupil's education will remain at the existing primary school. The practical part of the paper deals with finding motifs when leaving to grammar schools is considered, in other words, reasons why pupils remain at primary schools. Moreover, it provides recommendations for school management to influence these decisions.

Jiří Trunda Summary: This Bachelor Thesis is focused on studying the influence of the replacement of a kindergarten's director on its culture and on the character of the employees' expectations regarding the new director. In its theoretical part the thesis is aimed at describing and defining its main topics, i.e. school culture and the influence of management replacement on school culture. School culture does not change only with time or with the changes of the outside environment. The replacement of the director may significantly change both the internal and external views of the school's existing culture. The degree of the organization's employees' satisfaction as well as their opinions, procedures, working conditions, etc. are important parts of the school's culture, which change when the management is changed. The research part of the thesis describes the employees' expectations after the director of the observed nursery has been replaced and their attitude to the change. There is also a results analysis which describes the common aspects brought by the change.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is culture of school and school management. Goals of this thesis is an analysis of school culture in kindergarten environment, identification of its signs, description of its behaviour and comparsion between opinions of kindergarten teachers and parents. This thesis is split into two parts. The theoretical part is a research of available sources on this topic and it is focused on school culture, its sections, functions, management a comunication. At the end of the thesis I compare opinions of kindergarten teachers and parents, whose children attend at their respective kindergarten. The output is a description of differences between teachers and parents in their opinions and potentional causes of these differences. The method of this research is a survey, which had been sent over the internet to a certain selected people. This survey is focused on facts , how parents and teachers appreciate their school (kindergarten), how they rate it in terms of inovations, relationships between education subjects, propagation and presentation, visual look of the school (kindergarten), the array of available hobby groups and activies for children and parents and so on. These gathered facts are then split into two specific groups, responses of parents and responses of teachers....

This master thesis explores relationships between education and school culture. The theoretical part defines terms culture, education and main determinants of their relationships in terms of natural culture, globalisation, socioeconomic influence, political settings and public demand. In the empirical part, the level of influence of the founder of the school on its culture in the educational process is explored. Factors contributing to Social Inclusion Education at Schools

ANOTATION This work deals with factors which contribute to social inclusion in education. Research is aimed at one of the basic schools, which has been selected according to the previously set criteria. In the theoretical part the most important concepts linked to social education have been discussed with respect to research question. The vital factors I focus on are school culture, which may consists of the right environment, norms and values or forms of communication and cooperation with the partners of the school, who I consider to be mainly the parents. Further on, I focus on the practices which the school sets to establish relations with the NGOs which provide assistance in order to support social inclusion at schools. With respect to the objectives of this thesis qualitative strategy has been selected. The research pattern was formed from three types of actors who have been somehow connected to school. The data collection was carried out via in-depth interviews with the actors chosen based on the snowball method. Each group has been then analysed separately with the aim to create the most important categories. In the final part the most vital discoveries from analysis are compared in order to draw inferences with connection to the research questions. Key words: social inclusion in education,...
