Nováková M., Gender differences in human resource management. Master thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The thesis analyses the issue of gender differences in the field of human resource management, not only from the perspective of employees, but also from the perspective of management. In the theoretical part, four main research areas are discussed: human resource management, motivation in the work environment, employee training and career development. In the practical part, the motivation and needs of employees in the workplace are investigated through a questionnaire survey and in depth interviews. In the questionnaire survey, the focus was on perceptions of attitudes and opinions in terms of availing company benefits, perceptions of job satisfaction, career growth and training from a gender perspective. In addition, in depth interviews were conducted to determine the differences in perceptions of each research question from the management perspective. Further, certain recommendations were made for more effective human resource management.

Abrhámová V. Development and education of employees in a selected company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. The bachelor thesis focuses on mapping the current employee education system in a selected company using a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview with the company's regional director. The aim of the thesis is to propose a strategy for employee education based on the findings from mapping the current system. The theoretical part includes a literary review explaining basic concepts, while the practical part is devoted to qualitative and quantitative research. I conclude with proposal of strategic recommendations that can help develop the knowledge and skills of the company's employees.
Adaptation as a Possible Cause of Employee Turnover in Selected Organization

This work aims to identify and describe adaptation processes as a possible cause of employee turnover in selected organization and to propose measures for improvement. The thesis focuses on the topic of adaptation, human adaptation, adaptation of employee in organization, areas of adaptation and adaptation processes in the context of personnel activities. Subsequently, attention is paid to employee turnover, problems associated with turnover, types of turnover and factors that affect employee turnover. This is followed by an empirical survey that focuses on adaptation processes and their possible impact on employee turnover in selected organization in Prague. The empirical survey is realized as a qualitative case study using interviews and document analysis. Interviews were conducted with three groups of employees, with HR manager, new employees and former employees who terminated during the trial period. Questions were focused on the implementation of adaptation processes in the organization, employee turnover and the reasons for employees leaving the organization in connection with the adaptation process. The main goal of the final work are proposals in the field of human resources management in the company Víno Sýkora s.r.o. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the focus of the work was mainly on the analysis of jobs, motivation of employees and their further education. The selected relevant methods that were used for data collection were the analysis of internal documents and interviews with the company's employees. Among the key proposals that appear to be appropriate for improving the current situation, staff training and the creation of a new department have been developed.

The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the process of training employees in the company XY MEDICAL, Ltd., identify its shortcomings and recommend opportunities for improvement. The theoretical part is processed by a method of analysis of professional literature on personnel management, respectively. specific development and training. It describes the learning process and identify the methods and forms of education used in the organization. In a research of methods are used semi-structured interviews with the Director of Human Resources, excursion in the educational activities and a questionnaire for employees. The research part is aimed to obtain information on the whole process of education in society, ie contains information on how to identify training needs, its planning and implementation, different types of training taking place in the organization as well as the evaluation of educational activities. The aim of the research is to find out how well the company access to education employees. Based on the findings of the research are at the end of work formulated recommendations for company XY MEDICAL, Ltd. This thesis deals with the analysis of human resources management in a selected organization. The aim of this work is to analyze human resources management in the organization and evaluate its procedures with a focus on employee motivation and education. The theoretical part analyzes the approaches of human resources management, individual personnel activities and specifically the motivation and education of employees. The theoretical part is devoted to human resources management in general. This part is devoted to personnel activities such as job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of employees, evaluation of employees, placement or termination of employment, remuneration of other areas in this direction. I also deal with systematic and adult education. Here I focus on adult education, education in public administration and subsequently their education methods, which employees of public administration prefer.
