Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat adaptační procesy jako možnou příčinu fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení. Práce se nejprve zabývá tématem adaptace, tedy adaptací člověka, adaptací zaměstnance v organizaci, oblastmi adaptace a adaptačními procesy v kontextu personálních činností. Následně je věnována pozornost fluktuaci zaměstnanců, problémům spojeným s fluktuací, druhům fluktuace a faktorům, které mají vliv na fluktuaci zaměstnanců. Poté následuje empirické šetření, které se zaměřuje na adaptační procesy a jejich možný vliv na fluktuaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci v Praze. Šetření je realizováno jako kvalitativní případová studie s využitím metod rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů. Rozhovory byly realizovány se třemi skupinami zaměstnanců, a to s HR pracovníkem, nově nastupujícími zaměstnanci a bývalými zaměstnanci, kteří rozvázali pracovní poměr ve zkušební době. Otázky byly zaměřeny na realizaci adaptačních procesů v organizaci, fluktuaci zaměstnanců a na příčiny odchodu zaměstnanců z organizace v souvislosti s adaptačním procesem. Výsledky práce poukazují na slabé stránky adaptace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci, na jejichž základě jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení. The thesis focuses on the topic of adaptation, human adaptation, adaptation of employee in organization, areas of adaptation and adaptation processes in the context of personnel activities. Subsequently, attention is paid to employee turnover, problems associated with turnover, types of turnover and factors that affect employee turnover. This is followed by an empirical survey that focuses on adaptation processes and their possible impact on employee turnover in selected organization in Prague. The empirical survey is realized as a qualitative case study using interviews and document analysis. Interviews were conducted with three groups of employees, with HR manager, new employees and former employees who terminated during the trial period. Questions were focused on the implementation of adaptation processes in the organization, employee turnover and the reasons for employees leaving the organization in connection with the adaptation process.
