Diagnosis of laterality in the school environment

This bachelor thesis contains theoretical principals of expressions of the dominance of the brain hemispheres - laterality. It solves the development of laterality, its genotype and phenotype, levels, laterality types and species, refers to the educational consequences of the improper educational influence on genotype laterality and subsequent corrections. It also deals with the diagnosis of laterality, especially from a position of a teacher. The basic idea of this work is to support the natural development of a child through appropriate laterality effects on the child, specifically a student diagnosed with dysphasia.
Providing of career counselling to pupils with special educational needs

The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical part and research part. The theoretical part of the work itself has three parts in its content. In the first part you will find information about the education of pupils with special educational needs, important legislation, information about support measures, and about school counselling facilities. The second part is focused on the different types of learning disabilities, the assessment of pupils with learning disabilities, how to diagnose them and how to support them during lessons. At the end of the theoretical part there is a section devoted to career counselling because it is associated with the research of my bachleor thesis. At the centre of attention are the methods of the career advisor, his competences, information about the clients and also the activities of the advisor. The research section is focused on the experience of career counselors, educational consultant. At the end of a practical part of my work are shown the research results, because the goal was to find out, how quality the service for these pupils is, how succesful are they after meetings with counselors, and witch methods are used for a work with the pupils. Interventions focused on the support of pupils with dyscalculia in a primary school

The bachelor thesis deals with a specific learning disability - dyscalculia. The theoretical part follows up the general issue of specific learning disabilities, division, and etiology also with the definition of dyscalculia and its classifications in terms of child development and mathematical topics. It focuses on general recommendations for reeducation and specific elements description to correct difficulties in mathematics. Finally, it is anchored in the current legislation, which underwent a fresh change in the early 2021. It also defines terms of pedagogical intervention and the use of special pedagogical care. The practical part is interested in the interventions provided to pupils with dyscalculia at primary schools in the Jihlava region, more precisely finds out and describes the provided support for pupils who have difficulties in mathematics. It also contains a research survey of qualitative character- focused finding out information about the implementation of interventions at primary schools and pedagogical-psychological counselling in the selected locality and presents case studies of two pupils. The aim is to create several activity plans and exercise plans which could be used to determine the effect of physical activity on the work of students with learning disabilities and ADHD/ADD. My idea is that the physical activity should not only positively affect the overall quality of teaching, but should also serve very well in the reeducation of specific learning disabilities in children with ADHD and ADD. Pupils with specific learning disabilities should, after a certain period of this experiment, be showing significant changes in their results and knowledge. Pupils with the ADHD and ADD should be showing better results and knowledge due to the improving attention and at the same time the physical activity should influence their length of concentration, disturbance during lessons, or tendencies to aggression. Influence of home preparation on school success of pupils with specific learniíng and behavioral disorders

My thesis occupies with the influence of home preparation for successfulness of pupils with specific learning disturbances and behaviour in basic school. The theoretical part there are explained terms of specific evolutional disturbances of school skills. This part deals with etiology and diagnosis. There are legislative alterations of education and it includes complete reeducational school care which points on importance of teacher's personality and on forming of positive climate in the class. It describes family and its role in connection with all risk factors which influence it. The point of preparation determines learning and behaviour by way of concrete forms and methods of work with pupils with specific disturbances. The empirical part of thesis is compiled by method of qualitative research and it's a result of research investigation which is connected to detailed analysis of acquired data. The main methods of investigation were long-lasting structured pupils' observation, analysis of file documentation and analysis of professional advice. These all together and interviews made complete picture of individual case studies.
Education of pupils with specific learning disabilities in mainstream primary school

The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the terminological definition of specific disorders of learning their manifestations, causes, diagnosis and interventions. There is clarified the issue of school counseling facilities. It includes the professional definition of an individual educational plan (hereinafter IVP) and a pedagogical support plan (hereinafter PLPP). The next chapters deal with more detailed definitions of dyslexia and dysgraphy. The last section of the theoretical part deals with other specific learning disorders including dysortography, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, dysmosis, dyspinxia, mild dysfunction (hereinafter LMD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (hereinafter ADHD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (hereinafter ADD). The empirical part deals with qualitative research, which took place at selected elementary schools in Benešov district. The target respondents were primary school teachers working with pupils with dyslexia and dysgraphia. At the conclusion of the empirical part is presented a personal case study of a pupil with dyslexia and dysgraphy. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the approaches of teachers to pupils with dyslexia and dysgraphy at selected elementary schools in Benešov district.
The influence of intervention program on motor skill development in pupils with specific learning disabilities

Title: The influence of intervention program on motor skill development in pupils with specific learning disabilities. Objectives: To compare two movement programs and find if the special intervention program obtains better results was the main objective of this work. Methods: The main method was motor testing and subsequent statistic evaluation by nonparametric method. Results: Total improvement of ninth grade pupils by three months special intervention program. Accuracy and speed in numerosity at individuals with dyscalculia

The thesis deals with the topic of dyscalculia, which is officially recognized as a learning disability. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the current status of knowledge about development of mathematical skills and their disorders in the context of dyscalculia. The empiric part of this thesis describes a research which compares the performances of individuals with dyscalculia and control participants on a range number and numerosity processing tasks. The main goal was to describe the image of possible causes of difficulties. Deficits in the processing of symbolic and nonsymbolic numerosities were observed in group of dyscalculic participants. We conclude that dyscalculia is related to specific disabilities in basic numerical and numerosity processing which affects ability to acquire arithmetical skills. Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure at children with dyscalculia

The aim of this bachelor's theses is to map and compare differences in performance in Rey- Osterrieth Complex Figure test between children with dyscalculia and children from normal population. The test is judged in two categories - copy and reproduction. Performance in these categories between two chosen groups of children is followed by statistical comparison to determine significant differences.
