It maps out rational and emotional aspects views of mutual parent - teacher communication. Further It deals with areas, where teachers feels lower degree of confidence. It reveals communication strategies which are used in parent-teacher communication.

Pupils' parents and art education: the importance of art education in the education of primary school pupils from the parents' point of view

This diploma thesis examines the importance of art education in the education of primary school pupils from the perspective of parents. The aim of the thesis is to describe the opinions, attitudes and ideas of parents about art education in two selected schools, the issue of communication between art teacher and parents and to implement an educational project focused on cooperation between school and parents. The theoretical part is divided into three important areas related to the topic of the thesis. The first chapter deals in detail with the subject of art education and its position in the framework educational program. It characterizes its specifics and, based on research described in the literature, describes the current status of art education among other subjects and the public's views on the subject. It also discusses the time of distance learning, when art education went through a difficult period and was rather neglected. The next part is devoted to the problems of the contemporary family and the aim is to point out the specifics of individual families, which are reflected both in the life of the pupil and in the mutual communication with the school. Proposal for Changes of Organizational Structure in a Small Company

The work deals with the organizational structure of the selected company. Organizational structure is designed to effectively reflect current needs. The proposed changes are implemented based on an analysis of the current state of the researched business area. The key sources of analysis were secondary sources in the form of internal materials and data obtained by observations and interviews with management. The main output of this work is the design of a new organizational structure, which is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the company, especially more effective cooperation between members of management consisting mainly of defining competencies and mutual communication.

Power Line Communication for Home Automation Applications

This thesis describes the design of a modem for a communication over residential power lines. First part is focused on the history, suitable frequency bands, modulation techniques and mainly on the selection of the optimal modem device. Second section contains the description of the hardware design of the modem itself and clarifies the implementation of the PLC module to be used as a communication interface for a full residential automation solution. Last chapters of this thesis introduce the communication protocol, design of the software for the ATmega32 MCU and present of the final field testing under real conditions.

The bachelor thesis focuses on improving communication mix in company Nešpůrek, Ltd. In theoretical part will be the important concepts of marketing, marketing mix and communication mix. In the analytical part I convert theory to practice. Using SWOT analysis will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the company, its opportunities and threats. Result will be in a solution that does not financially impossible and will meet the owners, employees, and most important, our customers.

The diploma thesis is focused on customers satisfaction research with provided services. The goal is to find out, evaluate and determine of such steps, which will bring increasing of satisfaction in future. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of concepts, problems in marketing research and marketing of services. The second part includes questionnaires and data evaluation procedures.
