This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

The master's thesis focuses on designing entry for a company to foreign market. A domestic company wants to expand its operations to a foreign market and is deciding between entering the Austrian or German market. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines the problem, the goal of the thesis, and the methods of solution. The second part contains theoretical background. In the third part, selected analyses of the Austrian and German markets are carryed out, along with selected internal analyses of the company, based on which a SWOT analysis is compiled. Using the comparative method, a more suitable market for the company's entry is selected. The last part suggests a proposal for the company's entry into the more suitable market.

This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the segment of agricultural homesteads in the districts of Tábor and Jindřichův Hradec. The theoretical part of the thesis delves into concepts related to real estate and property market analysis. The practical section deals with the analysis of agricultural homesteads in the specified regions. Tables are created and commented upon based on the obtained samples. Individual property locations are mapped using the ArcGIS program. Finally, the conclusion of the thesis compares the analyzed market with the markets of the South Bohemian and Ústí nad Labem regions.
Marketing communication of the company when entering the market

The diploma's thesis focuses on the marketing communication of a specific company newly entering the market. The primary goal of the thesis is to create a marketing plan, which is developed based on all collected data. The selected enterprise specializes in financial consulting. Through a survey, customers' opinions on marketing communication in the service sector were collected. The interview with the business owner provided insights into the current and ideal state of marketing communication. Market data were analysed, yielding essential information. On the basis of this supporting data, a marketing communication plan for the Selected Company for the year 2025 was subsequently drawn up. The profitability of this plan was verified by calculation.

The diploma thesis describes a rental market in selected localities of the city of Brno. It finds out how a rent is changing according to a location equipment and size of an apartment. The thesis acquires information about a flats from market analysis. These data are then divided into disposition categories 1+1, 1+kk, 2+1, 2+kk, 3+1, 3+kk and so on, then the data are recorded into a price map with the same rental amount per m2 of floor space and then evaluated.
