Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vstupu společnosti na zahraniční trh. Tuzemská společnost chce rozšířit svou působnost i na zahraniční trh a rozhoduje se mezi vstupem na rakouský nebo německý trh. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V prví části práce je vymezen problém, cíl práce a postupy řešení. Druhá část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska. Ve třetí části práce jsou provedeny vybrané analýzy rakouského a německého trhu, vybrané vnitřní analýzy společnosti a na jejich základě je sestavena SWOT analýza. Pomocí komparativní metody je vybrán vhodnější trh pro vstup společnosti. V poslední části je proveden návrh vstupu společnosti na vhodnější trh. The master's thesis focuses on designing entry for a company to foreign market. A domestic company wants to expand its operations to a foreign market and is deciding between entering the Austrian or German market. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines the problem, the goal of the thesis, and the methods of solution. The second part contains theoretical background. In the third part, selected analyses of the Austrian and German markets are carryed out, along with selected internal analyses of the company, based on which a SWOT analysis is compiled. Using the comparative method, a more suitable market for the company's entry is selected. The last part suggests a proposal for the company's entry into the more suitable market.
