Bakalářská práce má za cíl vypracovat podnikatelský záměr na rozšíření firmy Zahradnictví Šárka. Je v ní analyzována současná struktura a stav hospodaření firmy a návrh vedoucí k rozvoji firmy v letech 2009 až 2012. Podstatou návrhu je rozšíření produkčních kapacit firmy a zvýšení tržního podílu. This bachelor thesis have for object to create a prospectus of enlargement of Zahradnictví Šárka. I have analysed the present structure and condition of management, I have created a proposal of enterprise development for years 2009 till 2012. The proposal’s essence is the enlargement of company capacity and maret share.
