The subject of my diploma thesis is acquisition, selection and recruitment of workers in selected company. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.

The bachelor thesis deals with the selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker to a specific job position in company AB spol. s r.o. In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system.
Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

This thesis deals with the management of human resources in a selected organization. The main goal of the work is to propose measures to improve the functionality of the human resources management system, and thus also to improve the prosperity of the organization, based on the data found. In its first half, the work is devoted to theoretical starting points and findings from already conducted studies. The second part of the work already deals with the analysis of the selected company, identification of problems and subsequent proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation.
Human Resource Management Focused on Recruiting and Selecting Employees in a Chosen Sector

This bachelor thesis is specifically focused on laundry companies in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to analyse the current situation in the field of human resources management and personnel activities in a chosen sector and then to set out proposal for improving the existing run of the companies. The analysis of the companies was made via questionnaire survey for personnel staff and labourers. The data obtained from the analysis mainly relate to the recruitment of new employees. According to the results, there was evaluated the state of human resources management in the companies and suggested several solutions to improve the current situation.
Trends in Recruitment and Selection Employees in Selected Organization

This work explores the trends of selection and recruitment of workers in a chosen company. The bachelor work explores concepts and methods described in literature. Special attention is paid to a selection method of recruitment through internet websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This work is focused on the interviews, hire conditions and methods of recruitment. In the next step the work describes the company itself and deals with an analysis of the system of recruitment and selection of employees and research which uses questionnaire with employers and employees. This work also deals with a questionnaire survey from the perspective of the target group and its results are presented in the form of graphs and they are supplemented by verbal comments. According to the research, the employees are satisfied with the system selection and recruitment of workers. But they do not have enough employees and they need at the least one other employees. The final part includes proposed amendments to a recommendation in a selected area. The Bachelor work is focused on recruitment and personal selection in company Larx s. r. o.
Recruitment System of Employees in Retail Shops

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse employee recruitment systems in retail shops and to compare with real situation. It consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the terms as retail, human resources, personnel management, recruitment methods and methods of selection. The whole process of recruiting is divided into several steps that can be used as instructions for gaining and selecting employees in retail shops. In the practical part there is an analysis of the current situation of selected retail shops. Data was obtained from one hundred respondents with a questionnaire. Their situation is examined on the basis of questions about their satisfaction with employees, types of employee motivation and methods of recruitment. At the end there are some recommendations that may contribute to employee recruitment systems in retail shops.
Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties

5 Abstract This diploma thesis titled as Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties discusses the possible implementation of graduate recruitment within different organization. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which outlines the basic terminology and describes human resource activities connected with graduate recruitment and possible psychological profile and characteristics of graduates. The following chapters discuss situations that affect the perception of graduates in the labour market. The last chapter describes the available studies and investigations related to the evaluation of processes by participants. The empirical part focuses on the recruitment and selection of graduates in five different companies. The qualitative approach was used and semi-structured interviews were held with recruiters and graduates. The empirical part includes a comparison of processes in different companies, evaluate websites in the context of graduate recruitment and discuss the aspects of these processes, such as the perceived length of selection procedures, salary expectations of graduates and among other findings, what was most important to graduates when considering job offers. Topic of master thesis is Use of social networks for searching of future employees. Subject of this work is to analyse and following synthesis current state of personal marketing in chosen company XYZ, s.r.o. and evaluation which of social networks is the most profitable and useful for this activity. In first part is description of basic points related to this topic, such as description of social sites, attracting and hiring employees etc. In following part is basic description of automotive industry and selected company. Practical part is focused on current state of personal marketing in selected company, in this part are also results of quantitative questionnaire and costs of individual personal instruments. At last is comparison of current personal marketing with personal marketing over social networks a decision which of these methods are more advantageous for company. In conclusion there are description of possibilities how to use social networks in human resources and how to correctly communicate with potential applicant through mentioned social networks.
