Předmětem této diplomové práce je získávání, výběr a přijímání nových zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. První část se zaměřuje na popis teoretických poznatků získaných z odborné literatury. Jsou zde definovány pojmy, metody a postupy dané problematiky. V druhé části je charakterizována vybraná společnost, popsána oblast jejího podnikání a provedena podrobná analýza zaměstnanců podniku. Tato část se soustřeďuje také na současný systém získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců. Závěrečná část patří návrhům změn a doporučením ve vybraných oblastech, které povedou k zefektivnění celého systému. The subject of my diploma thesis is acquisition, selection and recruitment of workers in selected company. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.
