The concept is based on the historical development of the plot and the city as such. Historically, the area has been defined by self-help and without clearly specified dogmatic guidelines. It is thanks to this that the city is enriched with moments that do not fulfill only the aesthetic or spiritual, but also the functional nature of the city. The moment of surprise and certain visas enriches the interior of the yard as well as the city. At first glance, such annoying spaces have a certain quality, caused by the play of light or the overall concept of space. An important feature of the object is the moment of surprise from the perceived space. The transition from a clearly defined ground floor to the rear, at first glance, irrational courtyard is enhanced by a passage, which also refers to the typical division of the small town house. ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION The principle of layering of individual spaces clearly reflects the moments of surprise. By specific fragmentation of the building, a character that resembles rather a family house as a residential object, spaces of different quality and utilization are created. The lower dwellings have a spatially and optically separated garden from the total mass, with the top terrace being terraces which are optically linked to the courtyard, but are not accessible to the public. The apartments in the attic have mostly urban character. This creates the principle of co-existence, which is typical of the whole area of the city. The layering is evident in the distribution of flats with different connections to gardens and terraces as well as the variety of housing units. The spirit of the place is a standing cellar that reflects the historical transformation of the parcel and is a symbol of the locality.

Stress-strain analysis of a crane arm

The content of this bachelor’s work is a summarization of types of tower cranes and subsequent stress-strain analysis of the crane arm of the crane type 150EC-B8 Litronic located on the Šumavská street in Brno. Analytical stress-strain analysis is calculated with equations of equilibrium using joint method in various types of loading of the construction with MAPLE software. Numerical calculation is executed on 3D model of the construction in software ANSYS. The aim of this bachelor work is the verification of the correctness and comparison results of analytic calculation with numeric calculation and evaluation of the results from a limit states and deformation standpoint.

Modeling of planar coupling circuits

This master’s thesis deals with modelling of the planar coupling circuits, namely type of the wideband couplers and the ultra-wideband couplers. The purpose of this thesis is an analysis, a synthesis, a numerical modelling and a fabrication (only chosen types) of the presented couplers. All of the couplers works on medium frequency f0 = 7 GHz with coupling C = 3 dB. Types of the substrate are Arlon 25N and Arlon AD600. EM simulator IE3D and circuit simulator in program Ansoft Designer are used for the numerical modelling. The realized wideband couplers were measuring by the vector analyzer Agilent E3864B.

Administration of development documetation over WWW II

Document server is a web application controllable by way of web browser. It is meant to serve for the management of development documentation. The application is divided to the four basic parts: Requirements, Products, Tests and Test Run. The section Requirements serves for inserting requirements for products. Product is produced on the basis of these needs and registered in part Products. Test setting is created in the part Tests according to requirements from the part Requirements. Particular products are then tested. The part Test Run registers records of these tests. These are parts of the application: management of users, connecting supplements to records, printing and exportation of data to different formats, saving history of records, filtration and sorting of entries, etc. All the data is saved in the database MySQL. The application is written in scripting language PHP. Data is presented by template system Smarty. The output is in language XHTML. Cascading style CSS is used to formatting. This work describes development of the application. First it is dealing with the proposal of the database, connection and structure of particular tables. The function of the programme is explained in detail at the same time, which is essential for the correct proposal of the database. The application is based on the database. The selected structure of files and relations of scripts to library functions are shown. The template system and the interface for access of the programme to the database are explained. The most attention is paid to the description of solving important functions of the application, i.e. listing of records, their pagination, filtration, sorting and operation with them: saving, browsing, copying, confirmation and work with history, category and problems by upkeep of consistent tree and export of data to various formats. It is always outlined the problem, the idea of solving and the description of appropriate scripts. Samples of source code are also included for better understanding of complicated algorithms.

Temporary release from prison or provision of escort for urgent family reasons as part of the right to respect for private and family life of detained persons The thesis deals with the issue of exercising the right to respect for private and family life by persons deprived of personal liberty due to detention or imprisonment in the form of the possibility to temporarily leave prison space, accompanied by an escort or alone, for serious family reasons. By these the thesis means attending the funeral of a close relative or the possibility to visit them in the hospital while suffering from a life-threatening condition. While in the case of persons remanded in custody, this issue is not regulated in any way by legal or secondary legislation, in the case of persons serving a custodial sentence in prisons with increased security or for life, it is partially explicitly prohibited. In practice, therefore, these persons are barred from exercising their right under Article 8 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The Issue of Pre-trial Detention in Criminal Procedure This thesis deals with the topic of pre-trial Detention. The main focus is on the analysis of the interference with the rights to personal freedom of a person. This procedural institution restricts the freedom of a person who has not yet been found guilty; therefore, when implementing it, the principle of ultima ratio must be carefully observed. However, this fundamental requirement is not always respected, which is why this thesis seeks to provide a perspective on the issue of detention not only in terms of legal regulation but also in terms of application practice. The work is divided into eight chapters. Taking into account the long tradition of the link in the territory of the present Czech Republic, the first chapter summarizes the historical development essential for putting the whole issue into context. The most important part of this chapter is devoted to the period from 1950 to the present. 1 Restrictions on personal freedom in theory and practice Abstract The subject of this rigorous thesis is the connection of the theoretical and practical concept of permissible interference with the personal freedom of an individual in criminal proceedings, with an emphasis on the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned. The basis of the thesis is the description and more detailed definition of some specific institutes of criminal law, in the form of detention, arrest, detention and imprisonment, which seriously interfere with personal freedom and are directly connected with the imprisonment of persons. The rigorous thesis compares and analyzes the legal embedding of the above- mentioned criminal law instruments at the national and international level with their application in real life practice and points out some fundamental differences that occur when they are used by law enforcement authorities. Attention is primarily paid to the degree of compliance with the guarantees of permissible interference with personal freedom by public authorities, the legitimacy of individual interference and also their adequacy and proportionality in relation to the goal pursued by these means. The continuation of pre-trial detention Abstract The rigorous thesis deals with the much-discussed institute of the criminal proceeding, namely the pre-trial detention, especially with regard to its continuation, course. The personal freedom is one of the most important and most often infringed human rights in our environment, unlike other highest important rights (e.g. the right to life, the prohibition of torture, etc.). The pre-trial detention is following the imprisonment the most serious of these interventions, even when there is no final conviction and the principle of the presumption of innocence fully applied. The main issue of the pre-trial detention is a number of conditions that must be met so the person could be taken into the detention and subsequent decision on its further continuation could be made. The whole situation is further complicated by the fact that these conditions are not only contained in the Criminal Procedure Code, but also in the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and especially in the case law of the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
