This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the restaurant Plzeňský dvůr. In the theoretical part it is concerned with the explanation of the fundamental terms which connect with these problems and methods of satisfaction recognition. In the practical part there is customer satisfaction determined by marketing research, which is based on enquiries through questionnaires. The result of this work is out put in the form of suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to an increase in the present level of customer satisfaction.
Critical Sector Analysis of the Fuel Market

In my bachelor‘s thesis I have analysed the diesel fuel market in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the petrol stations offers as well the consumers demand. It concerns oligopoly market form, where the front positions are taken by foreign brands. I have determined the structure type by the data referring to the market power of particular petrol station networks and also thanks to the price research itself. Consumers behave quite often very illogically in this market due to the lack of available information. These conclusions I have obtained by the market research I did on active drivers. A modern solution is a new web portal establishment based on cooperation with petrol stations, which would provide information about the fuel market to the drivers.

The dissertation deals with the realization and subsequent evaluation of the analysis of the satisfaction of customers of the restaurant Sportclub on the basis of a questionnaire. It contains the analysis of the outcomes, leading to the detection of strong and weak points of the restaurant Sportclub from the point of view of the customer. One part also deals with suggestions and recommendations that will help to increase the customers´satisfaction and so they will contribute to a better competitor´s fight and to the stabilization of the position of the restaurant in the market.
ANALYSIS OF COMPETITION ON THE CONSUMER'S MARKET WITH SELECTED COMMODITY

I have used comparison of gathered data from Consumers Defence Association (Sdružení obrany spotřebitelů) and own market research for my Thesis to analyze the market from the consumer{\crq}s perspective in terms of possibility to choose medicaments. Porter{\crq}s model of Five Forces was additionally helpful to examine the competitive environment in the market. I tried to analyze the market from the consumer{\crq}s defence perspective in the Conclusion. After evaluation of these above mentioned analyses I came to conclusion that the competition between Panadol and Paralen consists in particular in price. The informants have also stated that they buy the ``painkillers{\crqq} on grounds of previous good experience or on their doctor{\crq}s recommendation. Another possibility how to compete in the market is availability of a pharmacy, price, staff willingness, and assortment range. The reasons that could threaten Panadol and Paralen, is a huge market share of Ibalgin; in general the pharmaceuticals market is endangered by enter of generic drugs and possibility to buy drugs in other places than at the chemist{\crq}s. From perspective of the consumers defence, the competitive environment has certain problems. It is in particular impossibility to purchase drugs outside of the pharmacy, markedly non-transparent financing system and problems with determination of reimbursement from health insurance companies.

Consumer Behavior in the Running Gear Market

The aim of this work is to analyse and evaluate consumer and purchasing behaviour on the market for running equipment. Subsequently, to process the recommendations for business entities operating on this market. This work focuses on the quantitative research. On the basis of this research the analysis of consumer behaviour of runners is carried out. The analysis describes consumers' preferences in buying running equipment and describes differences between customers. The result of the analysis are the recommendations for businesses on the market for running equipment. One of the recommendation is the acquisition of the footscan, the testing track etc.
