It includes the proposals and recommendations of management system which gives a support for a company position at the market and helps to improve company economic result.
Optimization of Business Processes

This Master Thesis deals with the theory of business processes and with the possibilities of their organization and optimization. Each business process describes a flow of documents, finance, pieces of information and tasks from one member of the process to the other. Appropriate structure and coordination of the business processes and understanding of their mutual relations, too, can be seen as same of the most important features of successful modern business. Workflow is a very similar term to business process. Workflow allows its automating and computer processing. On the basis of the thorough business processes analysis of a selected business is the main goal of my work to optimize selected business processes with project management support. In concrete, the project management theory and MS Project 2000 will be used to planning and realization of the intended changes. The minor goal is to propose a partial reengineering of selected business processes by way of ERP system implementation. The new management structure planning of business processes was also proposed and realized by MS Project. The outputs of the MS Project contain partly the total budget of the planned processes reengineering, partly the time sheets with detailed roles and other resources mapping. In conclusion, the total savings are described.
Business plan - travel agency Vivutour

This dissertation is divided into two different parts, which are theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is mainly about what is that really means a business plan as well as specific description for each of the smaller sections included in a business plan. In the practical part, I am going to apply various information and theories, which has been discussed in the first part to analyse the business situation of VivuTour travel agency and therefore provides them suitable business plan. Eventually, the general evaluation and feasibility of the proposed business plan will be found in conclusion section.
Analysis of EVONA a.s. product range

This master's thesis is focused on analysis of EVONA a.s. product range, which is manufacturing company. Aim of this study is to analyze the range of underwear, thermal underwear and hosiery and then to propose optimization measures. The theoretical part is devoted to methods which focus on analyzing the marketing environment and product mix. In the practical part, internal company data of EVONA a.s. served to analyze the product range by using Boston Consulting Group matrix and General Electric Business matrix. To illustrate the situation a survey was carried out and it helped in the final recommendations of the product range.
COBIT in small business

The aim of this work is to develop a universal procedure introducing the concept of IT Governance using COBIT methodology to a small business environment. This thesis understands COBIT as a tool with which is possible to create a new business strategy for a firm and which will provide more competitive force for the firm in the competitive fight. The main contribution of this thesis is a theoretical research, which resulted in the proposal as how should a small company (which close-up characteristic is described in more detail in the work) proceed in a case that it decides to efficiently manage, manage and control the business IS / IT. This theoretical approach is then tested as a case study on a real small enterprise.
Analysis of the TON a.s. product range

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the product range manufactured by the company TON, which is a traditional Czech producer of bent wood furniture and especially chairs. The company TON has managed to maintain its position in the market for long 150 years, mainly thanks to the sensitive perception of changes in customer needs and adapting its product portfolio meeting them. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined the basic concept of the marketing mix, product mix and described the methods and analysis as SLEPT analysis, Porter analysis, Portfolio analysis and Pareto analysis, which are then used in the practical part of the thesis. Based on the analysis there are formulated the conclusions which give recommendations on optimizing the product range and on effective use of certain elements of marketing mix for placing the product portfolio on target markets.

Main objective of this thesis is to analyse Whirlpool CR freestanding home appliances product range and suggest reccomendations for its optimalization. The theoretical part is devoted to methods for the analysis of macro-and microenvironment, which are then applied in practical part of work. Based on internal company data Whirlpool CR, spol. s r. o. is provided the analysis of the marketing mix. The analysis of range and recommendations for its optimization are performed with the Boston Consulting Group matrix.
