The main aim of this Bachelor Thesis is the preparation of business plan for the company dealing with hydrographical printing of any stuff and items. The theoretical part of the Thesis characterizes key concepts as the entrepreneurship, entrepreneur and legal forms of business. As a follow-up to this theoretical part the Thesis focuses on the business plan, primarily its structure. The practical part of the Thesis applies the theoretical knowledges and skills into the arrangement of particular business plan. The practical part contains company description, strategic analysis, marketing and financial plan of the company. The Thesis concludes assumptions for success of such project, prospective risk of the project and recommendation for entrepreneurs.

The bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines strategies, selected methods and tools that are then applied in a practical part to a particular enterprise. The thesis uses methods of strategic and financial analysis, especially PESTLE analysis, Porter's model of five forces and SWOT analysis. In conclusion, based on the information found, the health of the company will be assessed and any recommendations, changes or practices that the company can use in its strategic management will be suggested.
Business plan of an automatic trading system on stock markets

The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts. The first one is the theoretical-methodological, which deals initially with the basic terms of business and their interpretations. The main aim of this section is to explain the essence and the importance of creating a business plan. There is also shown the structure of the business plan and the possibilities that can be implemented in it. In the practical part are applied these theoretical knowledge. The practical part is written in form of a business plan for setting up a company using automated business strategies to evaluate investment for the general public. For better understanding of demand, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The aim of this work is to evaluate the feasibility of this business plan. The business plan has highlighted the high demand for the initial investment project.

The main objectives of this thesis are the application of selected strategic analysis instruments to the Forum 2000 Foundation and the evaluation of the relevance of the use of classical methods of strategic analysis in the context of non-profit organizations. The thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological part and analytical part. The first part introduces the tools that are used in the following analysis. In the second part, these tools are applied to the said foundation. At the end of the thesis, in addition to the results of the strategic analysis, conclusions of assessment of the relevance of the use of classical methods of strategic analysis in this particular analysis are also presented.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current strategic position of Heaven Labs s.r.o. and suggest a recommendation for its future development, which will be based on specific strategic analysis methods. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the subject of a research will be divided into sections named strategy, process of strategy creation, business model, strategic analysis, macro and micro environment analysis, internal analysis and SWOT analysis. Later in the practical part, the company will be introduced. Afterwards the methods described in the theoretical part will be applied to identify external and internal factors affecting the strategic position of the company. The resulting work will be provided to the company management that will be able to use the findings gained from this work to plan future strategy.

The aim of bachelors thesis Implementation of reporting system in DIOSS Nýřany a.s. is to create system of reporting on the basis of request from companys management and owners. It should bring them more transparent and more conclusive control of company and better setting of necessary task for successful development of company. The thesis is split into four parts. In introduction is description of current reporting system and aim and structure of thesis. In Theoretical part consisth of clarification of chosen particular ratios, methods of calculation and frequency of monitoring. In practical part there are individual reports according to frequency which include progress of selected ratios and explanation of this progress. In the end of thesis there is description of strength and weaknesses in financial position and proposals how to improve companys condition.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the strategy of the Czech grocery retailer BILLA Ltd. and to formulate strategic suggestions based on the outputs of the strategic analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes common strategic models and methodology which are used for strategic analysis. The practical part includes, firstly, the PESTLE analysis, which focuses on main impacts of the political, economic, social, technological, legislative and environmental factors. This analysis if followed by in-depth analysis of the grocery retailing market sector, the existing competition and assessment of the current market situation. Further analysis aims at evaluation of the companys inner sources, more specifically its financial health, marketing strategy and private label product portfolio. In the conclusion, the outputs of all detail analysis are summarized in the final SWOT analysis and final recommendations are suggested.
Valuation of the manufacturing company

The aim of this thesis is a qualified estimate of the objective value of a selected manufacturing company to the date 31. 12. 2015 for the use of the company management and owner. The valuation is based on publicly available resources like closing financial statements and annual reports, author also tried to use some internal information, in view of the fact that he works for this company. The theoretical and methodological part includes a clarification of important terms, summary of methods and procedures connected with valuation process. The beginning of the practical part is dedicated to presentation of the chosen company followed by strategic and financial analysis, complete financial plan and the appropriate valuation. As a main method was chosen the yield method of discounted cash flows to the firm (FCFF). Final value is compared with the property method in the form of company book value.
