Gálík. M. HR strategy in non-profit organization ISC MENDELU. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement of HR strategy in non-profit organization ISC MENDELU. The thesis includes theory, analysis of the current situation in the organization and suggestions for improvement of personnel activities. The thesis deals with the issue of human resources management, planning, motivation, evaluation and remuneration of free time activities and also serves as a relevant methodological and implementational material for the design of a new HR strategy in student non-profit organizations. The proposed HR strategy corresponds to the organization's main goals and is designed to be applied in the short and long term. The design of the HR strategy has to be applied in accordance with a unified human resource management system with regard to the established work activities according to organization statutes. Formula clause:I declare that the following thesis: Personnel strategy for non-profit organization ISC MENDEL has been prepared by myself separately and all the sources and information used are listed in the list of used literature. I agree that my work will be published in accordance with § 47b of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., On Higher Education Institutions, as amended, and in accordance with the valid Guidelines for Publication of Higher Education Final Works. Application of Bata's Management

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of Bata's system of personnel management in comparison with contemporary theoretical bases. Furthermore, it provides its comparison with personnel management of 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s., a company which openly follows Bata's legacy and applies Bata's principles on the company management. The analysis of Bata's management system covers the period of 1921-1939, when the company was neither under the influence of war military contracts nor political and historical situation in Czechoslovakia after year 1939. Comparison of Staff Evaluation As Part of Personnel Activities in Educational Institutions and Profit Organisations

This paper deals with a comparison of the staff evaluation systems in the commercial sector and the education system. The theoretical part highlights the role and significance of personnel work for achieving goals and an organization's strategies, and defines the basic terms from the personnel and staff evaluation areas. It particularly focuses on the description of the functions, goals and methods of staff evaluation; potential problems arising from the evaluation have been covered as well. The small enterprise and the Czech primary school have been selected as representative subjects for the subsequent comparison. Further, the difference between the roles of the for-profit (business) sector and the public sector, between the organizations' goals in both sectors and the basic background of the workings of both organizations are explained. Regarding the enterprise, the focus is also on the context of personnel work and staff evaluation as a means of attaining the financial goals of the business. The section about schools deals with the methods of school management, the particularities of the teachers' profession and the resulting characteristics of personnel work at schools as well as the methods used for teachers' evaluation. Personal risks at director's work in nursery school

The final thesis deals with human resources, which is one of the basic management functions. Knowledge of the basic managerial functions is an important prerequisite for high-quality managerial skills of a kindergarten principal. It is important to point out that the kindergarten management is currently much more responsible for running of the kindergarten than in the past. The thesis involves an analysis of the current status of the selected HR activities - recruitment, adaptation of employees and thier assessment, training and development. It aims to describe the personal risks for a kindergarten principal and it proposes changes for improvement. The main method selected for achieving the set objectives is to survey kindergarten managers. Additional technique is an interview. The first part of this thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of HR at two different levels - basic ine and one that focuses on education. The second, practical part, analyses the process of selected HR activities,describes possible HR risks and summarizes research problem, including proposed changes for improvement.
Survey of the validity of the methods of employee selection

The Diploma thesis "Survey of the Validity of the Methods of Employee Selection" deals with analysis of methods validity that is used for the company employees'selection. On the basis of literature studied, author identifies following keywords related to the subject of the diploma thesis: Human Resources Management, Vision, Business strategy, HR strategy, Human Resources planning, Employees' selection and recruitment, Fluctuation and Evaluation of Work performance. Author further focuses on the research of validity of personal selection methods that have already been published earlier. Author performed particular research solution that took place in three phases. The first stage explored an optimal mix of selection methods for recruitment according to particular positions. Respondents were experts specializing on issues of Human Resources issues. The second phase focused on research of validity of personal selection methods. Validity of selection methods was examined by correlation coefficient between predicted work performance estimated by the given method, and the measured real work performance of the recruited employee in the evaluation system of the work performance. Personal Activities of Manager

The bachelor thesis deals with personal activities of a manager, with which is a manager encountered on daily basis. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to review the personal activities of a manager of a consumer electronics retail store, Electro World, and after review of these activities to propose improvement measures. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical part, where the theoretical part summarizes the main personal activities. In the following practical part is briefly introduced the company and subsequently analyzed individual personal activities of a manager in this company. The analysis was performed based on personal interview with the manager and questionnaire survey among employees. In the final part of the thesis are the results evaluated and an improvement measures are suggested.

Bachelor work deals with the individuals personal activities that perform managers in the various companies. The main goal is based on identify and evaluate the activities of the personal manager in terms of one of the several branches of the coffee chain Costa Coffee and the deficiencies found propose appropriate measures. In the first, the theoretical part, is outlined the problems by using professional literature and the characteristics of individual actions of every manager in terms of its relationship with employees. In the following, the practical part, is first characterized a society in which is the whole issue solved. By using analysis of the internal company documents, a questionnaire and by direct observation is analyzed the relationship of the manager towards its employees. In the conclusion of my work are evaluated the results of the questionnaire survey and suggested appropriate measures to improve the current situation.
Human Resource Management in Selected Company

Bachelor thesis deals with the processing of the topic of human resource management in the selected company. The selected company is Ricardo Prague Ltd. Human resource management gives us the opportunity to work with people in the organization - develop them. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate the human resource management of the selected company and propose appropriate measures where are deficiencies are identified. The bachelor thesis is divided into two major parts. The first, theoretical part, is focused on explanation of technical terms. Defines and analyzes in detail the terms such as human resources management, personnel strategy, personnel policy,manager. The second, practical part, use experience, obtained by own research in the selected company. The interview witch HR manager of company served as primary source of information and also for understanding of established local human resources principles. The results of the practical part were then retrospectively with pre-built theoretical knowledge from the first part. Result of that comparison helped to forms thesis conclusion and proposed improvements to further increase wuality of the human resources management in the company Ricardo Prague Ltd.
