Rhythms of restlessness

In my bachelor thesis Rhythms of restlessness I adress, through personal associations and memories, the themes of work ethics and the capitalist-oriented culture of today's society. In an installation made up of a series of objects and drawings embedded within them, I materialize my intimate attitudes or feelings by combining moments from memories with moments from everyday routine activities that are an overlooked part of our everyday "autopilot" functioning. The office chair here acts as a memory, metaphor or symbol of working, and its various manipulations across the installation carry references to my associations associated with this phenomenon. Through this work, I explore the relationships of my immediate surroundings to what it means to function in today's success-oriented rather than happiness-oriented time, and it also serves as a way for me personally to become aware of my own place in the context of my artistic practice. The work builds on my previous projects, in which I have often explored themes of my own intimacy and psychology in the context of functioning in today's world. It is closely related to my most recent work entitled Bedroom Routines, which metaphorically worked through domestic routines and moments, following a stylized character who is my "avatar" in the work.
Well-being of university students of school of education with focus on achievement

This thesis focuses on the success of selected university students in relation to their overall well-being. The work has two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the basic premises related to personal well-being, the education of university students, and on one selected determinant of well-being - success. In the practical part, the objectives of the work are set, the research sample is described, as well as the survey method, and subsequently, the results of the research study are interpreted. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Education of Charles University in the form of an online questionnaire survey, which was distributed among students predominantly in their third year. The results show that respondents who rate their subjective well-being positively also rate the entire area of success positively. Along with achieving long- term goals, with appreciating the success of others, with perseverance, responsibility, and will, which are necessary for achieving success. Minor deviations among students appeared in the evaluation of partial goals. The respondents were able to access the success of others very positively and share the joy with them. This bachelor thesis, which I am focused on, is about marketing tools and strengthening competitiveness of company IRD Group, which is a retailer of silver and steal. In these thesis is theoretic part and practice part. In theoretic part is focused on marketing Mix and his tools, which we can used for competitiveness. The practice part is focused on tools, which is using IRD Group, I would like to improve that part of the company and marketing strategy.

In my thesis I will deal with the current motivations and working conditions of employees. Analyze the business questionnaire and a personal consultation with all stakeholders in the company. Based on the design of the identified deficiencies that must be done so that the employee was taken into account and was sufficiently motivated to job performance.
I Live Tarot

Private deck of cards created during six-month survey and documentation of daily experiences. The package contains 49 cards and it is inspired by a set of 78 tarot cards. Text content - reverse side of the card was created using diary notes. Face side of the card was chosen as a representation of processes taking place usually in days when the card was read.

V této práci je využito teoretických znalostí a důkladné analýzy projektového prostředí a aktuální úrovně daného procesu pro vytvoření návrhu řešení, který cílí na odstranění identifikovaných nedostatků za účelem zefektivnění celého procesu.
