Naše společnost se stává stále rizikovější, a proto ochrana obyvatelstva nabývá neustále většího významu. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Koncepci ochrany obyvatelstva do roku 2020 a její možný odraz v přípravě obyvatel obcí. První část práce se stručně zabývá historií ochrany obyvatelstva. Následuje část, kde je rozebrána současně platná legislativa. Další je vyhodnocení předešlé Koncepce do roku 2015. Jako poslední se práce zabývá Koncepcí do roku 2020 se zaměřením na obyvatelstvo obcí.

Možné přístupy ve vzdělávání dospělé populace z pohledu ochrany obyvatelstva

Přírodní a antropogenní katastrofy obklopují náš život čím dál víc. Oblast edukace běžného občana v ochraně obyvatelstva vykazuje stále velký deficit. Proto je třeba vymyslet a navrhnout způsoby, jak dosáhnout zlepšení. V první části práce je ohlédnutí od historie ochrany obyvatelstva až po současný stav. Poukazuje se na řešení této problematiky v sousedních evropských státech. Dále jsou analyzovány možné postupy a způsoby využití těchto poznatků v podmínkách naší republiky. Tyto přístupy je třeba ve vzdělávání dospělé populace v ochraně obyvatelstva uplatnit. V praktické části je vypracován vlastní návrh kapesního průvodce ochrany obyvatelstva.

The diploma thesis focuses on the brand development of chosen event company Omega Entertainment. The thesis is divided into three parts, where theoretical framework defines market, customers, competition, brand, position and in the end marketing. The theoretical part of the thesis together with defined metodology afterwards focuses on the analytical part of the thesis. This specific part focuses on analyzes, evaluation and possible recommendations, which should serve as a starting point for brand development itself. The thesis ends with proposal part of the thesis, which, based on analytical findings, should lead to the brand developing.

Let There Be Light? Impact of Light Pollution on the Environment

Light pollution is one of many types of pollution that threaten our planet. The main reason for its creation is the fact that light pollution is a side effect of industrial civilization. The adverse effects of light pollution can have a serious impact on human health, wildlife and climate. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to define the concept of light pollution, describe means of its measurement and its adverse effects. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with defining what the light pollution is and it describes how it is manifested. Furthermore, possibilities of how light pollution can be measured are discussed. Subsequently, impacts on human health, wildlife, economy, safety, and astronomy are described and discussed. Towards the end, common light sources used for public lighting and their parameters are defined. Lastly, basic practices that help to reduce light pollution are presented with examples of correctly designed luminaires for outdoor lighting. The practical part of the thesis is concerned with quantitative research, whose purpose was to identify the level of awareness of light pollution among the general public. The data were gathered by means of the questionnaire survey.

Strategie snižování míry prokrastinace při používání metod zlepšujících vědomí a emoční autoregulaci

Tato práce navrhuje a testuje strategii řízení lidských zdrojů v oblasti produktivity práce pracovníků vykonávajících intelektuální práci za využití poznatků psychologického výzkumu týkajících se prokrastinace a produktivity při výkonu intelektuální práce či při studiu. Navržená strategie implementuje zejména dvě metody, které se v těchto výzkumech ukázaly jako efektivní pro snižování prokrastinace, a to metodu pozornosti a všímavosti (attention, awareness a s ní související mindfulness) a dále metodu reflexe prostřednictvím osobního deníku (journaling). Diplomová práce zahrnuje vytvoření výukového programu skládajícího se z videolekcí v oblasti time-managementu, technik mindfulness, awareness a journalingu. Následně zahrnuje zaznamenávání dat o používání těchto metod na denní bázi po dobu 15 dní účastníky studie, přičemž zaznamenávané informace mají kombinovanou povahu mezi objektivními informacemi o výkonnosti (údaje o používání počítače, záznam vykonané práce a čas na ní strávený) a informacemi sebehodnotícími (subjektivní hodnocení denní produktivity, subjektivní hodnocení vnímané spokojenosti). Práce testuje navrženou strategii na vzorku 15 univerzitních studentů, přičemž využívá metody vstupního a výstupního dotazníku, stejně tak vyhodnocení průběžně získaných dat z journalingu. Cílem je vyhodnotit účinnost navržené strategie se záměrem potenciálního uplatnění této strategie v podnikové praxi při řízení lidských zdrojů, stejně tak spatřuje možnost uplatnění také pro zvyšování studijní produktivity studentů a jejich sebeřízení.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zkvalitnění personální práce ve společnosti XY, s.r.o. Zaměřuje se na oblasti motivace, hodnocení, vzdělávání, organizace práce, pracovní podmínky, interní komunikace a informovanosti. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy opatření, které povedou ke zlepšení výkonů zaměstnanců a k jejich spokojenosti.

Popularisation of Science in the Czech Republic

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the theme of popularisation of science. The aim of this thesis is to determine the subjects dealing with popularisation of science and to discover the public awareness of the topic. The first part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the term popularisation of science. In the second part the difference between learning of an adult and a child is discussed. The third part shows the subjects of popularisation of science and the following chapter, which is based on a questionnaire, describes the specific knowledge of the inhabitants of Brno and its surroundings about the possibilities of popularisation of science. The final chapter is devoted to the creation of a popularising and educational program concerned with the topic of electricity and magnetism.

Nuclear Power Plants Security

The concept of nuclear power plant safety and security is a complex one. The safe operation of nuclear power plants is crucial for reliable and harmless power generation. An accident linked with this type of facility could have a negative impact on the health of the public, wildlife, and it could cause pollution of the environment. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to frame the concept of safety and security of nuclear power plants and discuss the means of preventing a nuclear catastrophe. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with defining the basic operational principles of nuclear power plants. Furthermore, the safety and security measures are discussed and illustrated. Moreover, the impact of the safe operation of nuclear power plants on the environment is examined. Lastly, the consequences of the failure of safety and security systems are described with historical examples. The practical part of the thesis realised by means of an online questionnaire survey is concerned with the level of awareness of nuclear power plant safety and their environmental impact among the general public.

Modernita a holocaust

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem Dokumentačního centra holocaustu na Moravě. V současnosti je v naší zemi hned několik muzeí zabývajících se holokaustem, avšak žádné z nich nepřináší jeho ucelenou dokumentaci. Návrh se proto snaží vytvořit takové muzeum, které bude schopno referovat o holokaustu v širších souvislostech a zároveň bude atraktivním prostředím především pro návštěvníka žijícího v multimediálním světě 21. století.
