Analysis of a Photovoltaic Power Plant Operation

This paper provides an insight into the issues of photovoltaics and its utilisation, having a significant role to play in today's clean electric energy production. The first part is primarily focused on the characteristics of the common photovoltaic cells known in this field. The work then deals with the legislation related to photovoltaics in the Czech Republic, as well as it is broadened by the steps for a PV plant realization. As regards the last chapter, a technical and economic analysis of a particular ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant is carried out.

The aim of this thesis is to give the reader basic understanding of the most common electronic security systems. The fundamental principles, characteristics and applications of modern electronic security systems used in homes and corporate environment are covered in this work. Moreover, it compares the security devices that are used in the systems and demonstrate their advantages and disadvantages. This work is suitable for students, individuals that want to start working in this field, or for those just interested in the topic.

The bachelor’s thesis is intended to provide insight into the current transformer losses phenomenon. Current instrument transformers represent very important part of electrical systems, they are used to transform measured currents to standard values that measuring and protection devices can handle. It is important to transform these currents with the highest accuracy. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the current instrument transformers and particularly on the transformer losses analysis. The practical part included in the ninth chapter describes laboratory measurement and aims to verify the theoretical knowledge.

The aim of this work is to study the problems of online addiction. The work itself is divided into 3 parts: introduction, main article and conclusion. The introduction explains the global shifts in communications technology and their negative and positive effects. In the main part, I look at certain types of online addiction and ways to deal with them. In conclusion, I summarized thesis of cause and effect relationships of online addicted people.

Headlamps in cars have been through an enormous technical development in recent years, and with development comes complexity. Various technologies are employed in order to deliver progressively safer and more efficient light output, to satisfy drivers and customers alike. In order to be economical and environment-friendly, companies strive to minimize losses in production. For the sake of the minimalization, this thesis aims to research the lighting technology and design a simple, but effective device to help with determining of faulty LED PCBs in headlamps. Another objective is to research the possibilities of construction of such a device from technological standpoint.

Drones (UAVs) in the area of emergency services (Integrated Rescue System)

Drones are being used more widely in the field of emergency services, thanks to their better availability and price. In the police field, drones are used for surveillance of various event or monitoring suspicious areas. Police drones are also used for reconstruction of a traffic accident. In the firefighting field, drones are used mainly for monitoring fires and gathering information about the fire for the pilot, but several drones are also designed for suppressing the fires. In emergency medicine, drones are used to transport equipment and blood samples in places where it is not possible to do so by means of grounds transportation or if the transportation is complicated. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a list of drones used in the integrated services and to describe technologies associated with the drones.
