Matušková, Aneta ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (advisor) ; Pokorný, Jan (referee)
This thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The thesis investigates the awareness of a select group of Pilsen residents about the quality of drinking water and the group are families with young children. In the theoretical part it explains some concepts relating to water quality, water pollution, water protection, rights to information and local surveys. These concepts are important to bring my work/home improvement ideas for how important water is and that it is important to be informed about its quality, then followed by a practical part. The practical part is focused directly on the survey, which was conducted in the south of Pilsen. This survey should clarify how aware the families with young children are of the quality of drinking water in this area. And at the end I present my proposal, which would have a problem with drinking water in Pilsen directly visible to parents with small children.

The topic of my thesis is "The Impact of ICT on marketing." I chose this topic, because of its current actuality. The aim of this study is to provide basic comprehensive overview of this relatively new perspective on marketing, bring together and analyze some practical examples of postmodern marketing. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of the first three chapters and the practical part next two chapters. The first chapter deals with the basic concepts of marketing, also focuses on modern marketing. The second chapter is devoted to postmodern marketing, it is presented here in general, postmodernism and its impact on marketing. The second chapter also looks at the impact of ICT on marketing and views (views) by various authors on this issue. The third chapter focuses on the impact of ICT on marketing. The fourth chapter carries out its own research, which means that a questionnaire survey examines the impact of marketing tools to the population in relation to their age. Research is realized between two groups of respondents, when the first group are young people aged 18-30, the second group comprises the contrary, people over 50 years. An integral part of this chapter is the methodology of work. Consequently, it is realized the comparison of the two groups access to selected marketing tools. Was czech labour market dealing with the shortage of the technically qualified personnel in 2014?
Petříková, Hana ; Vostrovská, Zdenka (advisor) ; Vebrová, Ludmila (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate seriousness of shortage of technically qualified personnel in the Czech Republic, to specify the problem in detail, identify its causes and possible solutions. We have chosen the subject because of considerable proportion of secondary sector in our country's GDP, which would - in combination with low offer of engineers - lead to a lower competitiveness of our country. The shortage of technicians was acknowledged according to a survey and other data analysis; graduates from technical secondary schools and universities are missing provably. The main reason is the changing demographic structure in combination with economic expansion and low (but not decreasing) interest of young people in technical fields. Finally, based on the new findings, we offer appropriate measures to increase the number and quality of technicians and engineers.

Badatelsky orientované vyučování (BOV) v primárním přírodovědném vzdělávání s využitím modelového prostředí školních zahrad
VLNATÁ, Eva
The topic of this diploma thesis was chosen on the base of the declining interest in natural science among young people, which is relatively increasing. Application of elements of enquiry-based teaching (IBT) to natural science subjects teaching at the elementary level of primary school and subsequent evaluation of teaching effectiveness using school gardens is the main goal of the thesis. Comparison of the performance of pupils taught with the elements of inquiry-based teaching and pupils taught in frontal instruction is another goal. The literature survey focuses on the position of the thesis topic within the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education (FEP BE). It deals with the characteristic of the IBT, its nature, history and application. It also provides school gardens, their utilization in teaching of natural sciences. The chapter Material and Methodology deals with the methodology of processing information from specialized publications, articles and internet sources to the topic. It describes the topics and the respondents chosen for the research related to the thesis. The proposal for teaching contains the author? s own ideas of frontal teaching lessons, proposals of individual experiments used within the IBT and sample worksheets. Chapter three presents the achieved research results. They show that teaching with application of the IBT elements is really beneficial for pupils. The level of their knowledge improved. Nevertheless the research has shown that the pupil performance after teaching with the IBT elements is higher than that of pupils after frontal teaching.
