[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce "Analýza procesu zavádění standardů kvality u vybraných pražských poskytovatelů sociálních služeb pro lidi s duševním onemocněním" se zabývá standardy kvality sociálních služeb - jejich vývojem, principy a procesem jejich zavádění. Stěžejní částí bakalářské práce je analýza obsahu výpovědí osob odpovědných za zavádění standardů ve čtyřech nestátních neziskových organizací působících na území hlavního města Prahy a poskytujících sociální služby lidem s duševním onemocněním a její srovnání s profesionálním přístupem vzdělávací organizace - s Centrem pro kvalitu a standardy v sociálních službách při Národním vzdělávacím fondu o.p.s.The thesis is concerned with the problems of implementing quality standards in organizations providing social services. The quality standards represent norms defining modern quality social service which responds to the needs of its users at an appropriate level. The first part of the thesis concentrates on description of the state of legislation regarding this field in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it is dealing with the principles the service should be based on. The second part focuses on analysis of various organizations' procedures used to implement the standards. It also views a comparison between the organizations' condition and a professional educator's approach.
