The Specifics of social Work with a Family in Divorce from the social and legal Protection of Children point of View

This diploma thesis is focused on child protection in the context of divorce or separation of his parents and deals with the role of the authority of social - legal protection of children and the court in this matter. Mainly defines the terms of the applicable legislation in divorce matters (care of children after divorce, child's contact with the parents, alimony), which are usually the subject of protracted disputes between parents. The introductory section also mentions the importance of the family for the child and for society, the characteristics of the contemporary family, as well as divorce and its possible impact on the child and the wider surroundings of the family. In the empirical part, the work focuses on comparing the practices of social workers of the authority child protection offices in Prague with practices of social workers at the offices of towns in the Central Region in divorce issues, particularly in the area of investigation in the family. Next it examines also procedures of courts.
Interest on voluntary vaccination in the district Louny

v anglickém jazyce (Summary): Bachelor thesis is devoted to non-mandatory vaccination. These vaccines immunization status and parents' satisfaction with the information provided on this topic. The theoretical part deals with the history of vaccination in general, and its gradual implementation in The Czech Republic. It explains the concepts of immunity and immunization, describes various infectious diseases against which it can now voluntarily get vaccinated, including a list of available vaccines on the market. There are also discussed best practices, legislation and duties of medical personnel, to be followed when applying. In the empirical part is to evaluate quantitative research that was carried out from September to October 2015, questionnaire was used. The main objective was to determine the non-vaccination rates in the district of vaccines, and parents' satisfaction with the level of information provided 165 questionnaires were distributed and 106 were evaluated answered. The results showed that the vaccination individual vaccines are 61.3%. The greatest demand is for vaccines against pneumococcal infections. Health education in the secondary school curriculum from the perspective of the teacher, the student and the parent

The thesis follows the theoretical foundation, options and practical application of Education for Health with regards to the growing significance in Person and Health in school educational programmes. The theoretical part focuses on the history and development in the filed of the Education for Health since the 16th century up until the reformation of the czech educational system after 1989. This part also concentrates on the options of fulfilling and understanding the curriculum goals in the current environment in primary schools. The practical part maps the approach of the Education for Health in a specific primary school environment, which focuses on different opinions of the educator, pupils and parents, with emphasis on the qualitative research. Based on the evaluation of the theoretical basis of the curriculum on the one hand and the practical realization of this domain in the selected school on the other hand, the author suggests possible adjustments in the realization of Education for Health in the specific school. Czech schools in the Protectorate

of English I chose the topic "Czech school in the Protectorate" for my Doctoral thesis. The history of the Second world war bellongs to my long interest. My goal was to create a popular - educational publication for student teachers. I never met with this part of history of our school in the Faculty of Education and in the Philosophical Faculty of Charles University. I hope it's very important to remind this part of history - dificult situation of teachers and students during the Nazi era to current students. This sadly topic could raise future teachers to love the profession and could raise the prestige of teachers in our country. My wish would be after reading this work to increase patriotism, love and respect fot the history of our school. I described individual school protectorate years with the introductional into the Protectorate Education. At the beginning of each school year I described the basic historical milestones. Parental responsibility and restricting interventions by state

The thesis deals with parental responsibility and potential state intervention as an important part of family law, or in some cases civil law, which is regulated by Act No. 94/1963 Coll., on the Family (the "Family Act"), and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, effective from 1 January 2014. The thesis centres on an analysis of the legal regulation of parental responsibility and potential interventions, especially in the context of current case law and professional literature. In the thesis I consider the imposition of corrective measures; suspension, restriction and termination of parental rights, and necessary substitutes for family care such as foster care, protective youth and young offenders rehabilitation, adjudicated treatment in a special in-patient institution, and the cases of adoption without parental consent. The thesis also includes a comparison of the current legislation of the parental responsibility and potential interventions according to the Family Act and incoming legislati on according to the Civil Code.

The diploma thesis titled "Foster care" is dedicated to the foster care in the Czech republic. Its main objective is to explore the benefits of legislative changes to the functioning of foster care. The work also provides view of alternative forms of family education and types of foster care. In the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the history of foster care, its forms, modes of mediation, both for applicants and in children. Furthermore, is the financing of foster care and foster's rights and obligations that are newly included within the framework of foster care. Finally, the work also addresses the difficulties that foster care entails, and which should be equated foster even before the adoption of a child in foster care. There is the thesis research among foster families focusing among other things on the evaluation of changes in foster care from their perspective in the practical part.

The aim of the thesis is to define content of various aspects of parenthood as they are currently perceived and treated in the legal order of the Czech Republic. The theme is reflected in the work with regard to its historical legal developments, including the reflection of the current Czech legislation. Mentioned is also legislation in terms of international law. It often represents the direction of Czech legislation. The main idea of the domestic legislation parenthood child's interest and the protection of basic human rights. The child is seen as a specific body of legal rules with all its peculiarities and increased need for legal protection with regard to their position in society. For contemporary society, which is child-centered, that is child-centered, are issues related to the rights of the child and his relevant status and position is important to be dealt with in relation to the child as possible and thoroughly as possible.
