The analysis of factors affecting the crisis immunity and preparedness of company in tourist trade sector

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse actual development of company in tourist trade sector and focus on threats and risks of business in this field. The theoretical part is focused on the tourist trade area and at the same time it reports common information about crisis management. It also defines methods of analysis, which can be used in order to achieve better immunity and preparedness of company against any criris. Afterwards in practical part the thesis describes surveyed hotel Krystal and with the help of SWOT analysis and another three methods discloses threats, which are actual for the hotel. From results of all analysis follows that the hotel is going strong in crisis management field. Despite it I tried to draw up some proposals and recommendations, which can level the current crisis immunity and preparedness of the hotel up.
Marketing of the hotel Best Western Kampa

This thesis is an analysis of the major segments of the real estate market in Prague. It covers office, retail, industrial, hotel and residential real estate and the investment market behind these segments predominantly from the perspective of an institutional investor. In the thesis, theoretical fundamentals behind real estate development are connected to the present state of the market. The thesis provides an overview of the supply and demand, prices, yields, vacancy rates and major trends or developments in each segment. The analysis of the present state of the market is also connected to the economic crisis. The thesis covers both the reasons behind the depressed and dormant state of the market and emerging trends into the years ahead.

Hotel is an enterprise with a wide range of services for tourists and this thesis focuses on the description of the activities of the accounting point of view. In the first part of thesis I define the development of tourism, which of course belongs to the hotel. In the next part I attend to legislation, which is used in the operation of the hotel. I next describe the accounting specifics of the hotel activities, and finally dealing with the final accounts by the hotel.

My thesis are focused on importace of marketing application through marketing analysis of the spa hotel that is occured in dynamical competitive environment. In the first chapter of my thesis are represented theoretical marketing ressources in a field of health services that leads to beneficial market position of enterpreneur entity. In the next chapter, marketing mix analysis, micro and local analysis and following evaluation of enterpreneurs competition situation are accomplished. This chapter comes out of internal resources of spa hotel afforded from marketing departement representative. The final chapter includes analysis evaluation towards to theoretical marketing knowledge.

The aim of Bachelor's paper is to analyse the methods and types of management and organisation of the hotel Residence Agnes. First part contains theoretical material, main definitions, classification of the hotels and types of management. Second part is consisted of practical using of the types of management, of analysis of organisation and management and of few advices for improving the situation in the future. Last part has a small guide about opening a hotel and some tips for doing it well. It is a some kind of summary of all knowledge got during the Bachelor's degree studies.
