TITLE Congruence of the Personal and Organizational Values AUTHOR Jiří Krejčí ABSTRACT The aim of the research was with the assistance of research methods and different phases of action research to support reflection of values of individuals and the values of the selected organization and use it as an intervention in the process of improving the quality of care. The theoretical part describes the historical development of different perspectives on the organization and its management, the topic of organizational culture, its structure and composition and subsequent focus on organizational values. Empirical part is focused on increasing congruence of individual and organizational values in the organization through several stages of action research, which in this part of the paper, from the moment of diagnosis through planning surveys input status, plan and implement actions to its final evaluation. In conclusion, we describe the knowledge arising from our study that could be an inspiration for other organizations.

Consequences of the Action "Clean hands" and "Revolution of judges" on the Stuggle against Corruption in Italy
Mazánková, Kristina ; Dvořáková, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Vymětal, Petr (referee)
The goal of this work is to give a comprehensive picture of the evolution and nature of corruption in Italy in the post-war period and closer to the action "Clean hands" and "Revolution of judges" as an example of anti-corruption efforts. These actions, aimed against political corruption, caused the principal changes of the political system in Italy in the beginning of 1992 (end of the so-called First Republic). Attention is paid to the problem of corruption in its theoretical plane, as well as the analysis of corruption in Italy, including the identification of factors causing corruption particularly in post-war period. These causes may be find in the nature of politics party system or a large-scale of organized crime etc. The main issue of this work is to find an answer on the question what where the results of the actions "Clean hands" and "Revolution of judges" and its effect on corruption in Italy. Furthermore, whether "revolutionary" events and subsequent changes of the political system caused strengthening of anti-corruption policy in Italy. Further what specific steps have been taken against corruption and what are the successes or failures of these events.

Natural Language Processing of Textual Use Cases
Dražan, Jaroslav ; Mencl, Vladimír (advisor) ; Plátek, Martin (referee)
Use cases written in a natural language are usually employed for specifying of functional requirements. The format of a use case is not standardized but use case sentences traditionally adhere to a simple structure and describe actions which are either communication actions (among actors and a designed system), or internal actions. The natural language is used because it is comprehensible for stakeholders and is universal enough to capture most of the requirements but it is difficult to analyze it in an automated way. Vladimír Mencl employed state-of-the-art linguistic tools to extract a behavior of a system under design from textual use cases. The behavior specification is described in form of pro-cases. His work shows that this is possible but he met several issues. In this thesis, we solve some of the issues. We propose an algorithm based on the Mencl's algorithm which allows to process more use cases than the Mencl's one and we describe a metric which evaluate a quality of parse tree. The metric helps to select the best parse tree of a use case step from parse trees generated by different linguistic parsers. It addresses the issue of eliminating an incorrect parse tree returned by a single parser.

Czechs and Slovaks to the Rothermer action in 1927. Contribution to the problem of Trianon treaty revision
Soukupová, Martina ; Kovář, Martin (advisor) ; Halada, Jan (referee)
Dne 21. Důležitou úlohu v kampani představovala její reflexe domácím tiskem, proto budu věnovat pozornost i této problematice. Časově je práce vymezena rokem 1927, s menšími...

Title: Management of sporting event - 6 Nations Objectives: Target of the thesis is brought and defines problems with organization sport action 6 Nations. Whole organization will be describe and next will be analyzed the problems, with which the organizers had the opportunity to meet. With help of selected theoretic method will be on the conception of the project the next year show, how prevent and eliminate the arising situation so as the negative repercussion was least. The most important chapter is propagation of the action and options, that this part was the best result. Methods: With help of descriptive case study and date analysis of case study will be description organization of whole action that will be analyzed. On a questionnaire and discussion will be shown problems with propagation and will be devise the methods of propagation so as the propagations was the most intensive and reach target groups. In conclusion is done generalization the obtained results and setting assumptions to successful organization of sport enterprise. Results: Have been identified deficiencies in quality of propagation that wasn't focused on ideal target groups and thus not be met, which was set before the event. The main purpose was expand the water polo between people and get to water polo another young active...

On-line learning in real-time environments
Pacovský, Ondřej ; Spier, Emmet (advisor) ; Mrázová, Iveta (referee)
In this work, a novel reinforcement learning algorithm, Stimulus Action Reward Network (SARN), is developed. It is targeted for application in real-time domainswhere the inputs are usually continuous and adaptation must proceed on-line, without separate training periods. Another objective is to minimise the amount of problem-specific teacher(human) input needed for successful application of the algorithm. The SARN architecture combines a connectionist network and scalar reinforcement feedback by employing Hebbian principles. By adapting the network weights, connections are established between stimuli and actions that lead to positive feedback. Since the links between the input stimuli and the actions are formed quite rapidly, it is possible to use a large number of stimuli. This leads to the idea of using recurrent random network (Echo State Network) as a pre-processing layer. Prototype implementation is tested in Unreal 2004 game environment. The comparison with Q-learning shows that on the time scale of tens of seconds to minutes, SARN typically achieves better performance. When coupled with an Echo State Network, SARN requires a uniquely low amount of problem-specific information supplied by the teacher. These features make SARN useful for domains such as autonomous robot control and game AI.

Sales promotion
Škáchová, Markéta ; Zamazalová, Marcela (advisor) ; Pešek, Ondřej (referee)
The subject of this thesis is an analysis of sales promotion company Adoz spol. s r.o. The work is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, is to support the sales described in general, its importance, objectives, advantages, disadvantages, efficiency, routes and legal restrictions. The second part is dedicated to the analysis of sales promotion in the company Adoz spol. s r.o. First, the company is briefly characterized in terms of its activities, market position, marketing strategy and vision and goals for the future. Then describe each tool used by sales support and analysis of their success. This information was gathered through structured interviews with the owner of the company Ing. Radim Škácha. The last section is analyzed using the survey action ,,The day with Adoz''. Finally there are the possible recommendations for improvement.
