Motivational aspects of sport volunteers

Title: The motivational aspects of sport volunteerism. Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor work is to find out motivational aspects of sport volunteers, who have taken part in sport event. Methods: In this thesis was used quality method to get informations - specifically it was a structure interview with associated questions. Results: It was find out that it is appropriate to get those volunteers with inner motivation. These volunteers do not need to be so much motivated by external motivation. We can find them very likely in some sport clubs, which are connected with the same sport as organized sport event. We must not underestimate promotional campaign. The loyality and will to cooperate on next sport event as a volunteer is result of how the organizators behave to sport volunteers and how they show gratitude to them. Title: Sports event management: Mayor's Lax Cup 2015 Objectives: Analysis of 4th annual Mayor's Lax Cup, organized by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město. Subsequent suggestions for improvement in next years. Methods: Survey uses case study as a method. Data is collected through participant observation, documents analysis, and semi-structured interview. Conducting of SWOT analysis based on collected data. Results: Mayor's Lax Cup is a promising sports event with plenty of room for improvement. Based on these imperfections I made a list of suggestions and proposals for next years. Marketing research of spectators satisfaction with Hokejová bitva

Title: Marketing research of spectators satisfaction with Hokejová bitva Purpose: The main aim of my thesis is to analyze how the spectators are satisfied with the offered services provided by organizers of Hokejová bitva and the general satisfaction with each event held in 2013 and 2014, and then compare the obtained information. Based on the results, I suggest some recommendations on possible improvements or changes in the criticized areas, which could lead to increased satisfaction of the audience and possibly to increase the number of viewers in following years of this event. Method: Marketing research was conducted through a quantitative method, using the written and electronic forms of questionnaire survey. Respondents were randomly selected from all visitors of this event. The results are shown in tables and graphs MS Excel in the analytic part. Results: The results of the analysis show that the spectators of Hokejová bitva in 2014 were generally more satisfied than spectators in the previous year. Based on identified insufficiencies in program and in other offered services are suggested possible measures of improvement. Semiotic analysis of promotional materials of European Athletics Indoor Championships 2015

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of promotional materials of the sports event - European Indoor Championship in Athletics, which took place from 5 March to 8 March 2015 in Prague. For this purpose, the method of complex semiotic analysis is used. The thesis includes introduction into context. Theoretical background of chosen method is not omitted. In the thesis is explained the application of semiotic analysis to the selected problem. The main and secondary research questions are defined and there are specified the forms of promotion or types of media, on which are the partial semiotic analysis performed, too. This thesis is aimed on revelation differences in promotional materials of the event targeting the general or the professional public. For this reason, in the course of selecting the specific forms of promotion, which are included in the research, was paid attention on the similar characteristic of the pattern for each target group from the viewpoint of media mix. Title: Conditions of volunteering in selected sport events Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the area of volunteering in selected sports events. The metodology of work with volunteers is presented specifically in the concrete areas of volunteering management. Using the data from extremely diffrent sports events the characteristics of volunteering in sports are defined. The partial goal of the conclusion is to make recommendations based on the research, which would improve sports volunteering at similar events and make it more effective. Methods: The research itself was carried out by using questionairs filled in by volunteers at the European Athletics Indoor Championships and local orienteering competitions. The complementary method is an interview with the director of orienteering competition. Results: The results of the research reflect the largerly different conditons of organizing the chosen events both in the area of managing the volunteers as well as in other key activities. Title: Management of the McDonald's Cup 2015 final tournament Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to provide a detailed analysis of the management of the McDonald's Cup 2015 final tournament known as the Festival of Football, to present its strengths, weaknesses, potential opportunities and threats and then, based on previous analyses, to create a list of suggestions and recommendations leading to the elimination of the weaknesses and threats and thus to development, increase of the popularity and to improvement of the hosting the McDonald's Cup in the next years. Methods: In order to achieve the objectives of this thesis, within the case study methods of participating observation, informal in-depth interview, document analysis and SWOT analysis were used. Results: The thesis describes in detail the whole process of organizing the mentioned youth sports event from the preparatory phase through the planning phase and implementation to completion and evaluation. The case study revealed deficiencies of the event especially in the area of financial security, promotion and in the event program. Participant loyalty and satisfaction with services offered on Street Dance Kemp Goal: Main goal of this thesis is to find a relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction with services offered on Street Dance Kemp. Methods: In this thesis is used questionnaire and structured interview for obtaining data about participant satisfaction with services offered and about their loyalty to the event. Will be also examined the available competition in dance camps in Europe. To find a relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction is used statistical method Kruskal-Wallis non-parametrical ANOVA. Results: Main result of this thesis is evaluation of the relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction and future possible improvement of the services in order to get more loyal participants. The first part of this bachelor thesis "The communication strategy of Peugeot Czech Republic in the years 2012 - 2014" focuses on the introduction of the theoretical base, which is essential part of the other parts of this thesis. There are introduced concepts such as marketing mix and communication mix and the term "major sport event" is here defined. The second part contains a presentation of the French brand Peugeot and its Czech branch Peugeot Czech Republic. The history of this big French company is described and via descriptive method there is defined the situation of Peugeot Czech Republic in the current Czech car market. In the third, fourth and fifth part of this thesis there is an analysis of the communication strategy of Peugeot Czech Republic in the years 2012 - 2014. Firstly, there are always listed the sporting events of the current year, followed by a brief summary of all campaigns by the company Peugeot Czech republic from the same year and in the last parts there are compared major sports event with all those campaigns by Peugeot Czech Republic. The final sixth part contains a comparison of the intensity of each campaign across the years 2012 - 2014.
