The first part of the work characterizes terms important to the given topic, which the bachelor's thesis itself deals with. The second part is devoted to the calculation and evaluation of the indicators themselves using the methods mentioned in the theoretical part. The last part of the work is based on the results of the analytical part and its part is the proposal of measures that would lead to the improvement of the current financial situation.

The second part deals with a detailed analysis of the current state of the company. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable competitor from the same business sector. The third part is used to make suggestions for improving the financial situation based on the results obtained in the analytical part.

The introductory part focuses on the basic theoretical background related to the topic of the thesis and serves to explain the basic concepts of the subject. In the second part, the selected company is introduced, followed by a financial and strategic analysis, which is then followed by a SWOT analysis. The last part of this thesis is devoted to a separate proposal of a financial plan for the next 4 years, including a subsequent evaluation.

In this thesis, the author deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction in a selected fitness centre and suggestions to increase its level. The thesis consists of 3 main parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the issue. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the given enterprise. This chapter also includes the results of the marketing research conducted, the main objective of which was to determine the current level of customer satisfaction. The analytical part is followed by the third part, in which the actual proposals for increasing this level are given.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, these results are then summarized in a SWOT analysis. Based on the results, solutions are proposed that can help the development of business activities, increase sales and overall awareness of the company.
