Goal of this master‘s thesis is to analyse the necessities of the company that provides agricultural services as supply and delivery of biomass, and subsequently propose the most suitable system. The first part od thesis defines heoretical bases and concepts of information systms, that are needed for understanding of this specific promlematic. This master’s thesis follows up in the next part with analysis of current state of the company as well as analysis of needs. In the last part of thesis will be selected the best of proposals and will be introduces possibilities of implementation of selected solution.

The thesis focuses on assessing the information production system of a company and proposing improvements. The theoretical part describes the concepts related to this topic. The theoretical part is followed by an analytical section focused on analyzing the external and internal environment of the company and its production information system, evaluating its overall effectiveness and security. Based on the findings from the analytical section, a proposal for addressing identified deficiencies is presented in the final section of the thesis.

This thesis aims to analyze the state of Invanta s.r.o. and the proposed attendance system for this company. At the same time, the system manages to track work on projects with the possibility of creating an invoice for the customer. In the first part, I deal with the definition of theoretical terms. Subsequently, I will use this theoretical knowledge to analyze the current state. The third part focuses on creating the IS proposal thanks to the information obtained from the analyses.

The main purpose of this system is to be used especially for remote access to administrative proceedings files, thus extending the possibilities beyond the viewing defined by the current legislation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: the definition of the theoretical foundations, the analysis of the current situation and description of the system design.

The theoretical part will explain the concepts that will be used later on. The analytical part will evaluate the company and its information system. Based on the analysis and the identification of deficiencies, the design part will make proposals for changes leading to the elimination of these deficiencies.

This thesis focuses on assessing the effectiveness of an information system and the methods by which its effectiveness can be measured. The theoretical part of the thesis explains basic concepts related to information systems based on a review of professional literature. In the practical part of the thesis, these methods are used to assess the initial state of the information system in a selected company. Based on the data obtained, measures for improving effectiveness are proposed, and the transition to a new solution is described. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the issues related to information systems and to offer specific solutions for improving their effectiveness in practice.
