The reason, why I chose this theme - Common property of spouses in a case of business activities of one of the spouses - is its high recency. The aim of my work was to summarize the main information concerning the choosen topic. In the first part of my bachelor thesis I tried to define the main notions, while in the second part I presented three case studies. I hope that these case studies will help the readers to better understand the whole problem. It is important to take into account that this topic is not concerning only the spouses, but also third parties, which can be involved in the law-suit. Therefore I am persuaded that everyone should have at least basic understanding of this problem.

Analysis of Information Systems for SMEs

At the beginning of the work deals with the reasons for the election of this theme, the setting of objectives and review the current labor market information systems in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part inclined to the definition and the definition of ERP system and the SME sector. This section includes the issue of security of information systems. The practical part contains the definition of the survey methodology, the requirements for the award of IS in SMEs, Defining criteria and performance of selected information systems. These systems are analyzed according to established criteria and detailed evaluation. In conclusion, I conducted an overall average of all sub-criteria, and pointed to the best evaluated information system.

Family Centre - the Resocialization of Mothers-Drug Addict

The work is monitoring activities and usefulness of Centre for family dealing with mothers on psychotropic addictive drugs and their re-socialization. For the possibility of examination of the programme usefulness for the target group, the single steps of the therapy are shown in a particular client case as followed during the three stages of the project. I also asked fifty clients about eleven questions. The aims of the Centre for family were the criterions for my choice of questions. The inquiry is monitoring the achieved level of re-socialization of clients. The contribution and reasonability of this project has been shown as based on the followed case, figures obtained in the inquiry and the Centre for Family results. The clients who got through the whole programme are stabilized, re-socialized and able to be a part of the society which is very significant for the growth and development of their children. This work is focused on the Centre for Family because of its uniqueness among the other institutions dealing with the drug problems. The way men and women into municipal politics of Kutna Hora. This work focuses on the motivation and the reasons why men and women to enter municipal politics a medium-sized cities such as Kutna Hora. I put emphasis on issues of participation in the political representation of both sexes. What are the obstacles to municipal politicians to meet at the entrance to the policies and the active participation in political office. I introduced myself to municipal politics in the Czech Republic looks like and what powers and responsibilities councilors city. In the empirical part, I introduced our own research and put a short excursion into the history of Kutna Hora. Obtained through interviews with municipal politicians and politicians were analyzed through three levels of coding. I started from the thesis of Marcela Adamusová, which dealt with master suppression techniques techniques and compared my results with her. The beginning of intervention criteria for reason of suspect for the CAN syndrom in the family

Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na zkompilování kritérií pro zahájení intervence z důvodu podezření na týrání nebo zneužívání dítěte v rodině a na syndrom CAN z pohledu jeho vzniku a případného odhalení. Jako každá oblast lidského života mají i negativní společenské jevy, jakým je i týrání a zneužívání dětí v rodině výrazné individuální prvky. Čím více aspektů daný jev skládá, tím konkrétněji je třeba se mu věnovat. Je vždy třeba nahlížet na dítě a jeho rodinu v kontextu její aktuální situace, dlouhodobého vývoje i sociálního okolí. Při diagnostice syndromu CAN je třeba sledovat osobnost a způsoby chování konkrétního dítěte (a jeho potenciálních sourozenců), pečovatelů, vztahy mezi nimi navzájem, i možnou historii jejich vztahu, také jejich osobní historii a nakonec i vztahy a postoje rodiny a jejího sociálního okolí. Čím komplexnější je obrázek rodinné situace, tím větší pravděpodobnost, odhalení týrání nebo zneužívání dítěte. Proto jsem se snažila sebrat co nejvíce poznatků o oběti, pachateli i rodině, ve které k týrání dochází. Jedním z problémů, na který jsem během zpracovávání práce narazila, byly protichůdné názory odborníků na některé aspektů, zejména predispozic určitých lidí nebo rodin ke zvýšenému riziku vzniku týrání nebo zneužívání. Fear before, during and after amniocentesis

Fear before, during and after amniocentesis The theme of this paper is "Fear before, during and after amniocentesis". I have chosen this theme as it is close to me. I studied to be midwife and I underwent amniocentesis myself. In the theoretical part I have defined the notion fear according to several authors. Then I have tried to describe amniocentesis on the basis of approachable medical publications. I paid the attention to the history, dividing, technique, indication and contraindication of amniocentesis. Another section of the theoretical part is a chapter about amnion, examples of samples examination and examples of congenital developing defects which are found from amnion. In empiric part of the paper there are the aims to discuss the age level of the women who underwent amniocentesis, find out if they have the basic general knowledge about surgery and where they got the information about it from. I was also interested in reasons for amniocentesis, concrete causes of fear, pregnant women have, which is connected to the surgery as well as patients' feelings before, during and after amniocentesis. The last raised question was whether they would undergo this surgery again. According to the research I have found out that the age level of women undergoing the amniocentesis is usually between 26 - 30 years...

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of cooperation of the biological parents of children who are placed in institutional care of the children's home Sazava. The theoretical part is dedicated to the foster care system with emphasis on placing a child in institutional care and upbringing as taking place under such conditions. This part is completedwith the theme of family redevelopment.The goal of my work is to approach this collaboration, its possible forms and possibilities, but also to identify the most common reason for children to be placed in institiuonal care at Sazava. This Study brings a Look into Lives of male Adolescents placed into a Diagnostic Institute for Teen-agers for the Reason of Behavior Disorders. The Aim of this Study is a Catch of Respondents' inner World including the Interpretations of the Way which had led them to the Diagnostic Institute. The Study comes from a Narrative Psychology Viewpoint on the theoretical Level and refers to the Differences between the Placement Reasons given officially and the Respondents' Statements themselves. It is methodologically a narrative Analysis that includes the Data Research of five Respondents. The Respondents' Interpretations are viewed from three Perspectives: the first focuses řn the Interpretation of the Problém itself exclusively; the second offers a View of a wider Relationships Background which the Problém had been coming from; and finally the third Perspective analyses the Problém Position form the generál Life-stories of the Respondents. This thesis is focused on The World Bank, it's beginning, organisation and analysis of critique. This thesis begins with reasons for foundation, historical aspects and problems. This involved the world stage before Second World War and the beginning of the IBRD. The thesis continues with a frame look at the organization, projects, finance and the World Bank position. The study shows the righteousnees of critique, analyse it and interpret it. The remainder of the thesis is concerned about the decision power in the bank and it's consequences.

I bought a shirt from a second-hand: consumer behavior of customers in stores with second-hand clothes

The aim of the master thesis is analysis of customer´s consumer behavior in a Second hand shops in Czech Republic. My assistments is processed like a research´s replication of second hand´s life style. This was compared between American and Chinese youth, which its results were recently published in the International Journal of Consumer Studies. Firstly the research is aimed on discovering reasons, why people buy stuffs there. Secondly which concerns or limits affecting buying the used goods and if social groups have influence on a choice of goods. In the end the main result is discovering common features of consumer´s behavior and subsequent customer profiling.
