Remuneration for work in labour-law relations

This bachelor dissertation examines the issue of remuneration. It deals with wages, salary and remunerations of agreements in terms of shared properties as well as individual properties. The goal of this work is the explanation of basic legal concepts as determined by the labour code and related regulations which is followed by the identification of legal consciousness of regular employees. This work is structured into three parts. The first part clarifies the concept of wages, salary and remunerations of agreements in terms of comparison of their individual characteristics together. The second part deals with issues of wages, salary and remunerations of agreements separately. Third part discusses the notions of standard practise and the view of these matters from the perspective of employees who receive wages or salary, and thus marks out legal knowledge of ordinary employees and their awareness of remuneration.

72 Zajímavá je také stať pojednávající o vypořádání se jiných evropských zemí se soužitím stejnopohlavních párů. Vybrala jsem země, které jsou z tohoto hlediska nějakým způsobem zajímavé, ať už zvoleným modelem legalizace homosexuálních svazků nebo prvenstvím v zakotvení registrovaného partnerství do svého právního řádu. Zastavila jsem se i u velmi kontroverzní otázky týkající se osvojení a adopce dětí. Domnívám se, že naše společnost se teprve nedávno stala otevřenější k homosexuální menšině a prokázala přijetím zákona o registrovaném partnerství určitou dávku tolerance. Tato problematika bude podle mého názoru ještě velmi diskutována na půdě Parlamentu ČR a ve společnosti jako takové. Domnívám se, že uzákonění soužití dvojic stejného pohlaví má nepochybně kladné důsledky, a to nejen v ohledu stabilizace partnerských vztahů občanů, kteří se rozhodli uzavřít registrované partnerství, ale i v některých ekonomických, právních a sociálních otázkách partnerů. The dissertation deals mainly with explanation of the term "de jure dollarization" and confronts the dollarization regime with others. The core of the whole dissertation is to outline the factors which indicate fulfillment of dollarization and the positives or negatives that it brings. It slightly refers to the regional monetary integration in several regions and discovers mutual aspects with the dollarization.

The development of legal regulation of state civil servants in the Czech Lands from 18th century to 1938

The present dissertation endeavours to outline and analyze the evolution of the legal regulation of the status of civil servants from the end of the 18th century to 1938, with an emphasis on the understanding of the advent and change of the status of the so-called statutory civil servants in the Czech Lands. It examines certain issues in the history of the Service Law and their points of departure, and defines the terms 'civil servants', 'civil service, and 'bureaucracy', and their tasks, including state and public service. It puts forward a more comprehensive view of the history of this legal theme. Legal regulation of the status of civil servants in the Czech Lands has a long- established tradition which evolves in line with the evolution of the entire legal system and adopts to changes in society, economy, and the individual normative systems, including the law. The origins of the modern form of the Service Law go back to the 18th century, to the Age of Enlightenment, the reign of Marie Theresa and in particular, the reign of Josef II. Some institutes continued to an extent in the regulation of the absolutistic feudalism and that of the estates, while others represented completely new institutes and have been preserved to this day. The influence of social group mentalities in the Czech Republic after 1989

The goal of the dissertation thesis is to describe and analyze the influence of social group mentalities on the processes of post-communist transformation in the Czech Republic after 1989. Mentalities are described through their impact on attitudes, political and economical activities of different social groups (defined by socio-professional status, social class, and age). They are analyzed both in national and international context. The inquiry into determination of collective action has had its gradual progress in the sociology, so the dissertation outlines different approaches to social groups from this field of view. This outline led to the operationalization of the term "social group mentality". Mentalities can be treated as schemes of perception, thinking and acting, which are typical to a social group and relatively stable in time. Three structural dimensions of mentality were found, in which it is appropriate to make further inquiry - group identity, legitimization of leadership, and goal achievement. A qualitative survey, conducted in 2003-2004, gave answers about sources of creation of the social group mentalities. Burnout of nurses working at ambulatory workplaces

This dissertation is focused on incidence and intensity of burnout by nurses working at ambulatory workplaces. It is divided in two parts - theoretical and experimental. Theoretical part contains burnout explanation as a term, its symptoms, risk factors, prevention and treatment. It also stresses on character (feature) of nurses work at ambulatory places. At experimental part there is found influence of individual factors on burnout level by nurses working at ambulatory and specialized workplaces. Two questionaires are used for experimental part: own construction questionaire and official questionaire Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The aim of own construction questionaire is to track risk factors of burnout. MBI questionaire finds out level of burnout in 3 areas: emotion exhausting, personality loss and working performance (efficiency) reducing (decreasing). This part also contains directed interview that completes the main part of research by it's questions.

This bachelor study dissertates about the possibilities of benchmarking application in the field of Facility Management. Theoretical part describes basic characteristics and elementary terms and methods of benchmarking process in Facility Management. In the practical part ten companies providing facility services are compared on the basis of a number of indices. Every company is briefly described. On the results of performed analysis the evolution of the Facility Management in Czech Republic is demonstrated and also different business strategies of concerned companies are shown.

Dissertation Business process improvement possibilities in internet shop introduce reader with improvement possibilities in small e-shops with limited financial competence. Object of this work is determination conception process, finding suitable methods for process improvement in enterprise and on the basis of obtained information create process model chosen e-shop and usage some method for process improvement. At the beginning is reader introduced with concept e-shop and e-business. Next part is explained concept and sense of process access in companies operating in nowadays. Next part is about process improvement. First are explained concepts Business process improvement and Business process reengineering than are introduced methods suitable for process improvement. Methods are chosen from different areas, so is good to see the variety of ways that heads to process improvement. Next part is about MIPIM methodology. All steps are explained and extended with suitable methods and tools for each step. Next chapter introduces SkateMORE e-shop. Using SWAT analysis and strategic goals show us possible ways of process modification. Last chapter put deals with process improvement in practically using MIPIM methodology and chosen method mentioned in foregoing chapters.
