Bakalářská práce Čtenářství z pohledu regionální knihovny se zaměřuje na zjištění stavu úrovně knihoven ve vybraném regionu - Nymburk. Práce je rozdělena na 2 částí, na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části si všímá různých hledisek při vymezení pojmu čtenářství a čtenářské gramotnosti. Dále se zmiňuje o faktorech, které na čtenáře působí při jeho formování a současných výzkumech čtenářství a jejich výsledcích. Ve výzkumné části rozebírá stav knihoven na okrese Nymburk v roce 2010 s konkrétním zaměřením na Městskou knihovnu Nymburk.
