Marketing and product development in human resources agency

The topic of this thesis is to analyze marketing activities and an analysis of new product development by personnel consulting companies in the B2B market. As part of this paper the marketing communication is approached and the development of of a new service mapped in detail. This new product has been succesfully launched to market during the preparation of this thesis. The theoretical part serves as the basis for a practical part, approaches HR agencies environment and features of the B2B market. It also describes marketing theory with specifics for marketing of services and B2B marketing. The practical part presents selected personnel consulting organisation and introduces its marketing activities. Furthermore it focuses on marketing analysis of the situation and new product development and its launch on the market. The thesis uses mainly the method of scientific description and analysis, based on internal company resources and also interviews with experts on given topics among company representatives.
Position of personnel department in an international company

This master thesis is dealing with the topic of perception and role of HR department in a firm from the employees' perspective. The aim was to find out the satisfaction of employees with HR services. In two international companies ("A" and "B") there was conducted a survey among company team leaders (supervisors and managers), which was aiming to find out their intensity of use and satisfaction level with HR. It was discovered that respondents from company A use given HR services (recruitment, HR operations, training and development, remuneration and internal communication) more often than company B but are less satisfied. As an output of this thesis, there were given some recommendations to both companies, so that their HR team can improve its position and thus reputation of the whole personnel department in the company.
Personnel Management in the Public Sector

Master's Thesis is focused on personnel management in public sector. Human Resources are the basis for quality and efficient managing of public administration. Theoretical aspects of personnel management in the public sector are stated in the first part of the thesis. There are described the roles of personnel management in public administration and subsequently there are described the theoretical differences between personnel management in the public and private spheres. In the second part of the theory there are specified individual personnel activities such as job analysis, recruitment and selection of employees, employee adaptation, employment closing, employee training, employee evaluation and employee wages and benefits. Beside usual literature there are quotes from the Act No. 312/2002 Coll. of local government officials and amending certain laws. The practical part describes and analyzes the personnel activities in two districts of Prague, namely the Municipal Authority of Prague 9 and Prague 13. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate personnel management in selected urban areas, compare them to each other and suggest some improvements and recommendations for the future.
Managing and measuring of HR department´s contribution to the business targets

This thesis focuses on Human Resources in a company, it' s strategic managing and measuring it's contribution to the business. In theoretical part the main source is foreign literature and it analyses traditional and new conceptions of HR. It focuses on a role of HR director, as a main element of strategic level of HR and his/her role in a relation to the rest of a company and HR department. In practical part the thesis analyses a research, made among Czech companies, and comes into a conclusion, that the main cause of an unsatisfactory HR management in these companies is it's poor measurability. In the final, key part of the thesis it designs a process, which a company should follow in order to adopt a strategic HR and it's measurement by goals of a company.
Use of social networks for recruitment

This bachelor thesis deals with social networks and their use in recruitment process. The aim is to assess whether social networks can become the main method for recruitment, to find out recruiters' opinion on the use of social networks and to compare these findings with the period of three years ago. Finally, also to characterize the selected social networks and to compare their applicability. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of human resource management and recruitment. It also gives an overview of social networks, their history and statistics of today's use. Next part discusses the possibilities of social recruitment followed by analysis of social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Practical part contains analysis of data obtained from interview and questionnaire study carried out among HR specialists. The results were compared to the same research conducted in 2012.
Analysis of the recruitment process in a selected company and the design and implementation of improvements

This thesis is devoted to recruitment and information technologies that support this process. The aim was to get recruitment process in concrete company more efective. The theoretical part deals with concepts and perspectives on the recruitment process as well as information technologies supporting HR field and webdesign innovations. In the practical part was analyzed the current status of the recruitment process and career sites, as the strongest source of candidates in a concrete company. There were identified weak points. Based on this analysis have been implemented new e-recruitment application and new career site that eliminate these weak points. The last part of thesis was based on real measurements evaluating the benefits of implemented changes.
Use of VBA in business practice

My diploma thesis is dedicated to the issue of data mining, its part of predictive analysis and then process that is used in HP for different prediction. The introductory part describes the concept of data mining, its role and benefits. To one of its tasks fall predictive analysis, where I discussed the principles of its use. Then follows framework HP, which uses one of the tasks of predictive analysis. In the practical part, I applied the use VBA to automate one part of the process of converting text to numerical data, assuming different rules. The result is a set of macros support, system sheet and the new ribbon for data transformation.

The aim of this master thesis is to provide analyzes of the system and structure of human resources management in the company MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s., to design innovations and to map the educational process of the employees within company. The field data collection is based on questionnaire survey. The theoretical part of the thesis, together with the practical one, is the base for setting up the innovations within the company itself.

This bachelor thesis is focusing on an employee benefits system and its functionality. Theoretical part of the thesis specifies the human resources field as a whole, and its particular aspects, considering mainly the employee remuneration and employee benefits system. It also expands on the relationship between motivation, employee benefits and employee remuneration. The established knowledge are used in a practical part of the thesis, which has been carried out in H1 s.r.o. The company is first introduced, with both the current situation, as well as its historical development described, and the thesis then outlines the current employee benefits based on a undertaken survey and also analyses the collected data. At the end of the practical part, the recommendations and suggestions for improvements of the particular aspects of employee benefits system functioning are listed.
Analysis of the Success Rate of Mergers and Aquisitions in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the analysis of the recruitment process in a company, specialized in IT. The theoretical part deals in detail with each step of the recruitment process, and the practical part compares them. There are descriptions of the individual steps of the process in IT companies, and suggestions on how to increase the effectiveness of the recruitment. It also introduces an entirely new strategy for using social networks like LinkedIn. HR staff and employees throughout the company are familiar with this new strategy thanks to a manual and a company profile in this network. The HR department establishes the steps of the recruitment of new staff. The aim is to determine whether the proposed method is effective for the company and if it can continue to be applied.
