Cílem práce je analýza nástrojů řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s. a případné navržení změn se zvláštním zaměřením na zmapování procesu vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Terénní sběr dat je založen na dotazníkovém šetření. Teoretická východiska spolu s praktickým zpracováním práce jsou základnou pro návrh inovací ve společnosti samotné. The aim of this master thesis is to provide analyzes of the system and structure of human resources management in the company MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s., to design innovations and to map the educational process of the employees within company. The field data collection is based on questionnaire survey. The theoretical part of the thesis, together with the practical one, is the base for setting up the innovations within the company itself.
