Public Private Partnership and PPP project Buildind-up and Operating of Prison with High Se

This Bachelor Thesis deals with Public Private Partnership. In the first part there is a PPP definition, there are specified basic characteristic features of this partnership and sumed up basic historical findings about PPP. The Thesis concentrates on advantages and disadvantages, resulting from this partnership, on definition of basic types of PPP projects and their sector division. The second part of the Thesis is focused on particular PPP project Buildind-up and Operating of Prison with High Security and its analysis. It informs about reasons for building of these premises and about expected aims of the submitters. The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to identify whether the implementation of the project is attractive for private partners.

The possibilities of application of management accounting components into the small size companies (on the example of a concrete company)

The thesis "The possibilities of application of management accounting components into the small size companies (on the example of a concrete company)" engages in the question, whether it were possible to identify components of management accounting, that would be applicable in the small size companies. The first part focuses on the introduction of the company, on the market company operates on and on the general characteristics of the small and mid-size companies. It provides information on the company performance and identifies a need of the introduction of accrual principle into the company's accounting. The next part deals with the discrete features of the proposed performance management system. It answers the question, whether to orientate the system primarily on performance or responsibility, designs the appropriate calculation system and the basic system of plans and budgets. Later, it focuses on the existing organizational structure and the definition of the structure of the responsibility centers. In the last part, there can be found a proposal of the management profit and lost statements as of the basic statements providing the information on the partial as well as overall performance measurement.

Games and aids for gravely visually handicapped children and their seeing coevals

Dissertation "Games and aids for gravely visually handicapped children and their seeing coevals" have four parts. The first part is occupied with theory of plays, the second one deal with didactics, compensatory and those aids, which are appointed to plays. The third chapter engages in production of tactile games, books and aids. The topics are materials, that can be used, and things which should be avoided. The fourth part includes illustrations of concrete games, books and aids which are suitable for gravely visually handicapped children and their seeing coevals. The crucial fact is that not a single side is advantaged. This part describes commonly made games which could be used without any editing or with slight editing. There are also placed famous party games, books and aids, which are inevitable to be completely made in as follows special edition. This part contains also games and aids primarily developed for gravely visually handicapped children. But also this games and aids can be used by intact children and all people who play with gravely visually handicapped.

HIV Prevention at Schools

Writer introduce basic facts about HIV/AIDS disease in first chapter. She explains difference between HIV and AIDS and she gives information direct to this issue. She describes types of transfer, protection methods, testing types, infection stages and related treatment. Short excursion to history about first occurrence of the virus, way of spread, numbers of infected in present. In next chapter she introduce tools which Czech Republic use to cover this issue of HIV/AIDS. As is National program against AIDS, National referential laboratory for AIDS or AIDS centers. Program Health21 is included. It's aimed to certain number seven. She also goes through some selected pragues organizations, united in non-govermental union and she presents theirs projects in primary prevention at schools. She informs about presentations, peer programs and she concentrates on differences. Than she presents two projects Choose life from ACET and Chat about HIV and AIDS from the Czech AIDS Help Society. Which she desribes in detail and than evaluate and compare due to aim she set up.

Fear and axiety among children with stuttering

This graduation theses attends to (is dedicated to) questions of fear and anxiety among preschool and younger school-age children. The paper is devided to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is broken up to five chapters, which focus on the facts we need for understanding to this topic. There are concepts like emotions (fear, anxiety), developing age limitation, stutter, in more particular the question of parents of stammering child, that child in the society and prevention of stutter. The practical part includes goals, questuionare evaluation and its results which should present the particular areas of childernś and parentś fear and anxiety. COMPARISON OF THE LEGAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE GENERAL PARTNERSHIP IN THE CZECH AND GERMAN LEGAL SYSTEMS Abstract: The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the differences and similarities between the general partnership in the Czech and German legal system. The reason for my research is to identify the differences and the similarities between the two companies mentioned above to demonstrate how the laws and legal adjustments in different countries of the European Union are. The thesis is composed of an introduction, seven chapters and a conclusion, each of them dealing with different aspects of the legal adjustment of the general partnership (hereinafter referred to as "partnership"). The introduction defines the basic terminology used in the thesis: history, company of private law, legal personality, legal characteristics and definition of the partnership, foundation and formation of the partnership, the rights and duties of the partners and the governing of the partnership. Chapter One deals with the brief history of the partnership in both countries and describes the similarities and differences between the companies in the past. Psychological aspects of accuracy and credibility of a statement

The thesis is focused on psychological aspects of accuracy and credibility of a statement. It emphasises the fact that each statement has to be assessed from the point of view of both of these perspectives. The study summarizes information regarding factors influencing the accuracy and completeness of a statement. It deals with the factors affecting memories of criminal events and their recall and verbalization in the course of an interview. The description of appropriate techniques of an interview with a cooperative witness includes the author's professional experience. The study than covers the issue of credibility of a statement, paying attention to the knowledge of features of truthful and untruthful statements. Finally it presents and analyses verbal and nonverbal criteria of statement credibility assessment.

The means of acceptability in Czech children's magazines

This thesis surveys the supply o f children's and young people's magazines available on market in the Czech Republic. On basis o f selected samples, the work analyses employed means o f acceptability. The issue is discussed in context o f magazines as a commodity. The study points out the fact that in the present day when safety of many ordinary goods is being scrutinised, there is no mechanism monitoring the quality o f this particular product. That is why this treatise emphasizes the importance o f media education. A focused endeavour toward medial literacy o f children and young people is the only means to a quality improvemem o f magazines on offer. The thesis is closely linked to practical research and offers tangible proposals o f utilizing magazines in preschool and school education. It also fosters an ambition to become a "manual" for parents and educators when selecting suitable magazines for children and young people.

The goal of this thesis is defined factors that influenced procces of business, especially start-up phases. Activity of concrete enterpriser is on example of most frequent mistakes and deficiencies. At the same time there are specified facts, when an enterpriser underestimates incurred situations and ignores them. That can be cause of business activity abortion.

Business and economic relationships between Czech republic and Russian federation

The Bachelor thesis "Business and economic relationships between Czech republic and Russian Federation" is concerned with the recent relationship between Czech Republic and the Russian Federation, specifically aiming to be a review of their development in the last years. The work contains a case study of a Czech company that has been exporting buses to the Russian market for a long time. The work is divided in three parts. The first one describes the general aspects of the relationship between CR and RF, it includes e.g. general agreements and presents the main features of the Russian market. The second part deals with the international business cooperation between CR and RF and specifics of a Russian market. Finally the last part is about a concrete company as an example of a czech and russian cooperation.
