Dependance of the fast population growth on budget management in a chosen municipality

This thesis discusses dependence of budget management on fast growth in number of population in chosen municipality. At first there are mentioned theoretical aspects to which budget management in municipality proceeds. It is about expenses of municipal budgets, position of municipal authorities within public service and theoretical aspects of municipal budget setting. In the next step this work puts mind to the chosen municipality, progress in number of its population, analysis of progress of its incomes, current expenses and capital expenses in context of the municipality growth and correlation analysis. Conclusion of this thesis is that just a few of them is fundamentally dependent on the municipality growth and majority of them is just slightly dependent or they aren't dependent at all.

Baroque glass and its collection in the Older history section of the Czech National Museum

Celá tato práce je výsledkem několikaletého projektu, zaměřeného na studium barokního skla. V jejím prvním dílu se pokoušíme podat vymezení problému barokního skla v obecné rovině. Na začátek zařazujeme nejprve teoretickou úvahu o možnostech pojetí materiálu v dějinách umění. Druhou část prvního dílu pak věnujeme soudobým názorům na sklářství, které nám ve svém literárním díle zanechal německý polyhistor 17. století Johann Joachim Becher. Celý tento úvodní díl není přehledem dějin sklářství, ani přehledem názorů na sklářství. Vychází však z dosud málo známých dobových literárních pramenů, které se snaží nově zhodnotit a vytvořit z nich určitou teoretickou základnu, z níž by bylo možné barokní sklo vnímat a k jeho studiu dále přistupovat. V jeho závěrech se spíše snažíme některé problémy otevřít a vymezit, než na ně s konečnou platností odpovědět. V příloze k tomuto dílu uvádíme ukázky Becherových textů o skle. Na závěr zařazujeme přehled použité literatury, na kterou odkazujeme v statích a v katalogových heslech ve zkratkách. Druhý díl práce je věnován sbírce barokního skla v oddělení starších českých dějin Národního muzea. V jeho úvodu podáváme stručný přehled vývoje této sbírky a jejího odborného zpracování, a její zběžnou charakteristiku. Jednotlivým předmětům sbírky se dále věnujeme v následném...

Místní poplatky v krajských městech

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice místních poplatků. Ta je zprvu přiblížena na obecné úrovni.Vlastní analýza je pak provedena ve čtyřech vybraných krajský městech České republiky, a to v Hradci Králové, Olomouci, Brně a Jihlavě. Místní poplatky jsou analyzovány z hlediska počtu vyhlášek upravujících tuto oblast a podle výše sazeb. Všechny údaje jsou zkoumány v časové řadě let 2004, 2005 a 2006. Důraz je kladen především na vývoj příjmů, které města výběrem inkasovala v závislosti na výši sazeb. Výsledkem analýzy zjišťuji, že růst výše sazeb není přímo úměrný k růstu příjmů a že některá ze zkoumaných měst se v charakteru politiky místních poplatků velmi liší.

The tax audit from the perspective of the fundamental tax administration principles

The tax audit can be defined as one of the practices of the tax authorities modified by Act No. 280/2009 Coll., the Tax Code. The aim of the tax audit corresponds with the basic aim of the tax administration, which is primarily to establish correctly a tax assessment. This dissertation is focused on the tax audit from the perspective of the fundamental tax administration principles. The presented dissertation is divided into nine chapters, most of which are further subdivided. The first chapter is focused on the determination of the tax audit. In the second chapter, the attention is paid to the constitutional principles controlling the tax audit, mainly to selected regulations of the Constitution and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The following third chapter is focused on the isuue of good governance principles. The fourth chapter deals with the fundamental principles of tax administration, as expressed in the Tax Code in §5 - §9. These principles are specified as a basis for the next part of the work. Application of special educators in residential social and health services for the elderly

Rigorous thesis presents the possibility of employment of special pedagogues in residential health and social facilities for seniors. There are understood primarily homes for the elderly, special regime homes and hospitals for terminal illnesses. In relation to the theoretical character of this thesis there was used a research method for analysis and compilation of scientific texts in order to provide a comprehensive overview of current information about the problems of work. The rigorous thesis is in terms of content divided into seven chapters, where the first one deals mainly with codifying the profession of special pedagogues in social and health services. The second chapter presents the residential facilities of social and health services. The third chapter presents the employment of special pedagogues in residential facilities for seniors in the scheme of advisor - diagnostician - therapist. The last three chapters then discuss these roles in detail and present practical guidelines and procedures that can be used in work with seniors in these facilities. Definable classes of modules and deconstruction of cotorsion pairs

The goal of this work was to prove the fact, that definable closure of any subclass of cotorsion modules closed under direct sums consists of $\Sigma$-cotorsion modules. The only known proof uses substantially the calculus of derived category, in this work we tried to prove the same, but only by means of a given category of all right $R$-modules and set-theoretic properties of partial orders indexing direct systems of $R$-modules. The main results of this work are proved under additional assumptions on the ring $R$, in particular $\vert R\vert\leq\aleph_{\omega}$ or $\text{dim}(R)<\aleph_{\omega}$. The Influence of Mass Media on Society

Práce nabízí v teoretické části vhled do problematiky mediálního vlivu se zaměřením na informační funkci, tedy na zpravodajství. Praktická část se zaměřila na jednu konkrétní oblast - na problematiku nastolování témat (agenda-setting). Pomocí metody kvantitativní obsahové analýzy bylo prozkoumáno 448 titulků, které se objevily na titulních stranách 76 vydání deníku Mladá Fronta DNES z období 1. prosinec 2005 až 31. leden 2006. Bylo stanoveno 37 tématických kategorií, každý titulek byl zařazen do jedné nebo několika z nich. Výsledkem analýzy je přehled četnosti jednotlivých témat na prvních stranách nejčtenějšího českého celostátního seriózního deníku. Analýza potvrdila předpoklad, že ne všechna důležitá témata jsou na prvních stranách zastoupena stejně. Největší prostor je věnován domácímu politickému dění, ovšem pouze jeho elitám, především vládním, daleko méně opozičním stranám. Na titulní stranu se v průběhu sledovaných třech měsíců ani jednou neprobojovala žádná neparlamentní strana nebo politické sdružení. Dále analýza ukazuje, že velká pozornost je věnovaná tématům obecně považovaným za masově atraktivní - katastrofám, nehodám, kriminalitě a jiným hrozbám. V závěru je práce je ke kvantitativní analýze připojen kvalitativní rozbor několika jevů, na které obsahová analýza poukázala.

Analýza pracovních míst společnosti Memos Software, s.r.o.

Diplomová práce pojednává o analýze pracovních míst v malé softwarové společnosti Memos Software, s.r.o. První část práce se zabývá teorií, přičemž se zaměřuje zejména na důležitost analýzy pracovních míst a na její metody. Druhá praktická část provádí a vyhodnocuje dotazníkové šetření ve zkoumané firmě. Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je sestavení nových aktuálních popisů a specifikací pracovních míst pro Memos Software, s.r.o. Tyto nové profily by měly zefektivnit výběrová řízení firmy.

Fundamental analysis of Turkish Airlines

The aim of the thesis is to perform fundamental analysis of the Turkish Airlines' stocks to see if the shares are priced correctly and whether it is worth investing in. I chose this company, because I am accustomed to use its services. This thesis starts with a global analysis, continues with sectoral analysis and concludes with a firm's analysis. The work is designed in such a way that at the beginning of each chapter the theory is given, and then it immediately proceeds to the practical part. The conclusion of the thesis is the analysis of the aircraft industry and the revelation of the factors that influence on its development. The situation in the country was assessed in its relation to the Turkish Airlines' development. The benefit of the research is the investment suggestion.
