Title: Development and Education of Employees through Outdoor Activities in the Insurance Company ČSOB Objectives: The aim of this thesis is based on the findings of the current state of human resource management, methods of development and education of workers in ČSOB Insurance Company subsequent design changes in the field of human resources. Furthermore, finding effective solutions for improvement in cooperation, communication and business development of human potential through experiential outdoor activities. Methods: Analysis of documents, SWOT analysis, interviews. Results: Creation of draft recommendations for future planning strategy for education and staff development. The focus of this thesis is the design of outdoor teambuilding course, which will be able to ČSOB Insurance Management and the Department of Human Resources to include in their plans for training and staff development. Implementation of the Man and Nature in the SEP of Grammar Schools from the perspective of manager

Final thesis analyzes some managerial skills SEP coordinators in the implementation of the Man and Nature to School Education Programmes. Verifies whether and to what extent the targeted use of managerial skills coordinators SEP especially from the perspective of communication. The work is based on the management theory of leadership. It uses the theoretical knowledge of the process of creation and effective functioning team. Another starting point for the documents related to curriculum reform in secondary schools in the Czech Republic. With the help of controlled structured interviews and additional survey was able to chart above issues and show some "best practices" applicable in other schools. Teamwork at psychosomatic clinics in Bavaria: an inspiration to develop management in psychosomatic medicine in the Czech Republic

This thesis is focused on the organization of interdisciplinary teamwork in the field of psychosomatic medicine at specialized clinics in Bavaria. The main objective is to describe the system of organization and management of local teams and principles that constitute the teamwork in the psychosomatic field. The paper consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with team and teamwork defintion, as well as its characteristics in health care and in multidisciplinary (interdisciplinary) teams with regard to the specifics of their management. Multidisciplinary teams and interprofessional cooperation is discussed in relation to the field of psychosomatic medicine. A summary of the current basis of psychosomatic medicine in the context of medical education, legislation and the health care system in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic follows. The system of the field of psychosomatic medicine in Germany is one of the main reasons why the empirical part is focused on the German environment of psychosomatic practice. The results of this thesis bring a model of the teamwork at psychosomatic clinics in Bavaria, which the Czech environment can be inspired by in its concept and can build on the major discovered principles of teamwork. Cooperation of teams and joint leisure time of employees

The diploma thesis Cooperation of Teams and Joint Leisure Time of Employees deals with relation between frequency of involvement of individuals in cooperation of teams and their evaluation of the cooperation, information sharing and spending leisure time with colleagues. In the theoretical part, the theme is put into the broader framework of culture. The main areas affecting the problem are defined further. Emphasis is put on corporate culture, organizational climate and social relations between individuals in a company. In the empirical part of the text, the research question is described, the main hypothesis is set, the operational hypotheses are derived, the operationalization is performed, and the company and its teams that are subject of the research are presented. Subsequently, all processes and their relation being subject of the research are theoretically anchored and described based on the data analysis. In the concluding part of the text, there is an overview of mutual sympathy, ties and antipathy of members of the studied teams as well as it is found out to what extent the data analysis confirms the hypotheses determined. Title: Teambuilding programs from the sight of educational companies. Objectives: The thesis aims to design, implement and evaluate teambuilding course, focused on the development of cooperation and communication skills. Following the theme of teambuilding, the thesis analyzes operation of the company organizing training and development courses. Methods: The thesis used methods of observation, structured interview and questionnaire. Observation method was applied to the background of the whole company. Interviews were carried out with the senior executive of team-building company. Questionnaire was attended by 18 people. Results: The thesis gives a comprehensive view on the issue of teambuilding as one of the tools used for employee development.
