Movement options in individuals with dyslexia

This research bachelor thesis titled "Physical Options in Dyslexic Individuals" highlights the issue of this specific learning disorder. It summarizes current knowledge about dyslexia in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and other appropriate physical activities. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes dyslexia within other specific learning disorders, determines its definition, typology and the search for causes of its origin. Herein, it depicts the knowledge in terms of building diversity and the functioning of the CNS and the reading process. The next section focuses on the secondary manifestations of this disorder. The special part deals with dyslexia in the context of physiotherapy, its influence on postural control. It compares current methods that try to move their postural system, movement skills and the disorder itself. This part offers an overview of appropriate therapies and activities for dyslectics. The last practical part is focused on the influence of dyslexia on the postural system of these individuals. The content is an indikative examination that compares 12 dyslectic individuals with each other. Physical activities of older school aged children in a weekly regime

This bachelor thesis presents an integration of the physical activities into the weekly regime of older school aged children. The main research is focused at comparing children from two elementary schools, one located in the center of Prague and the other one on the outskirts of the capital city, with considering their sporting and physical interests. The theoretical part deals with the necessity to incorporate the physical activities for this age category into their daily life, describes appropriate (or inappropriate) sports activities and health complications resulting from a lack of movement. In the practical part of the thesis, the questionnaire research compares the frequency of the children's physical activities integration in two mentioned elementary schools. Then follow an analysis of the data collected and a final summary of the thesis issue. The purpose of my bachelor thesis is to compare and find out in which geographical areas the older school aged children incorporate more physical activities into their lives, so basically whether are children from a big town center or a small town district better off.

Requarding their choice, frequence and preferences of sport in their free time. The first section represents specifics of adolescent students from the prospective of behavioural psychology. The next part is focused on theory of leasure time, physical activity, sport and its clasification and lifestyle. The following empirical section is aimed at types of leasure activities in different kinds of highschools located in Prague In the conclusion there are various possibilities and recommendation demonstrated to prove the impact not only on theory but also practice.
Pupil with a Physical Disability in the Classroom

The point of my diploma thesis is problems of the integration of children with disabilities into common schools, more closely into physical education. The aim of this diploma thesis is to overlook how the teachers are ready to integrate children with disabilities into common schools (more closely into physical education), find out chances of physical progress and kinetic activities of an individual, and look into general class climate and a position of this individual among his schoolmates. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The first part is focused on an explanation what the physical disability is and what it can be caused by. I go into details about physiotherapy and its importance to an individual, the possibilities for the education of children with disabilities, legislative conditions, co-operation between school and family, school counselling centres, inclusive education and the integration of pupils with disabilities into school physical education. In the second part there are the results of questionnaire searching and interviews. They both bring a practical overview of the problems. Analysis of Physical Activities of Children at Primary School in the Selected Region

This work is focused on studying the outside-school physical activities of children visiting the 4th and 5th grades of primary school in Prague 9. It examines the children's relationship to physical activities. Through the survey I presented to ground school children, the work discovers if they do some sport activities, how they spend their free time, how their family influences their physical activities and if they take part in one-time physical activities events. Last but not least the work studies the children's view on the benefits of physical excercises.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN BOYS AND GIRLS IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AT PRESCHOOL AGE Abstract This thesis deals with the gender analysis of physical activity of boys and girls at preschool age who are attending kindergarten in Prague 4. The aim is to explore whether the physical activity of boys and girls can be load by gender in preschool age. For collection of the data has been used a questionnaire survey. This thesis in the theoretical level deals with the issues of gender, movement and motor activity with focus to the preschool age and preschool education in the Czech Republic. In the practical part it looks into relationship of preschool children towards to physical activity and compares them by gender, it also examines whether the views of parents are loaded by gender stereotypes and verifies the family influence on the movement of children. Multidisciplinary conception of child sports club

Research of children's participation in sport clubs, individual sports and children's interest in various physical activities. The thesis maps the specific sport activities of children in various sport clubs, individual sport activities in their free time and interest of children in various sport activities. It determinates the range of available sport activities (hobby groups, sport teams, clubs, etc.) in the area of interest and it compares it with interest of children. It sets conditions for the functional, ideal sport club and it sets its content based on the interest of children in concrete activities, realizing these activities in experimental sport club and its verification.
Mapping the lifestyle of 16-17-year-olds in Neratovice.

Title of the thesis: Mapping the lifestyle of 16-17-year-olds in Neratovice. Aim of the study: The thesis surveys the components of the lifestyle of young people in the Neratovice region, in the hope of influencing the state of health of the age group of 16-17 years. Method: The work is based on a sociological survey conducted in 2012 at two schools with different forms of tuition - a grammar school (gymnázium) and a vocational school (učiliště) in Neratovice. The research method was a poll. The polling had two stages: two pilot surveys on a sample of 149 respondents, and a study of 174 respondents. The final data were analyzed with respect to gender and the type of school using the Mann- Whitney U test. The survey questions were based on the questionnaire CAV 2001 for youth and the questionnaire "Determinanty účasti na cvičení" (University of Tasmania - FTK UP Olomouc). Results: The results of the survey show that boys are doing significantly better in physical activity (PA) and girls in physical inactivity (PI) and diet. Grammar school students are doing better in PA and they have a significantly better diet than vocational school students. As for PI, the results were similar for both groups. Topic of thesis discusses the general nature of physical games outdoors, especially their importance from an educational, pedagogical and development point of view. It also focuses in detail on the use of physical games outdoors in the activities of special interest groups, sorting and dividing, their importance in the areas of leisure and recovery activities of the organism, which is probably most natural for children, which is a game. Thesis also deals with their significant contribution in the areas of personal and social development, the integration of individuals, but also in the areas of prevention of socially pathological phenomena. The thesis Further details the methodology of compiling the relay outdoor games, and its usage in practice. The thesis is based on detailed literature review, person experience and investigation, and is divided into chapters.
