The thesis focuses on the analysis of client satisfaction of MITRANET.CZ. The theoretical section draws from generic information regarding the client, methods measuring the client satisfaction and a marketing survey. The analytical section examines the internal and external environment of the company. From the questionnaire survey the results of the study are concluded. The last section offers suggestions and precautions for the enhancement of the MITRANET.CZ’s client satisfaction.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to evaluate the contemporary position of company Liberecká IS and, with the help of strategic analyses and on the base of its results, to propose marketing activities and their development which would support competitive advantage of the company in the market. Within the frame of these marketing activities a marketing research of the largest client of this company was done, which confirmed and in some cases disproved the notion the company had about the quality of services provided and about satisfaction of their clients. In that way the research foreshadowed the next activities that will help to increase client satisfaction and to improve competitive advantage of the company.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan for establishing a company offering a pop-up store service in the city center of Brno. The thesis is based on the theoretical background describing current forms of sales with focus on the main idea of the plan, creation of a business model, structure of a business plan, especially analytical-research methods, which are used in the following up analytical part of the thesis. The proposal part follows the results of the analyzes and describes the strategy of the start-up, its connection to the created business model, which is further elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is marketing research in a selected company, focused on customer satisfaction analysis. This analysis is focused at customers of 1CSC a.s., which manufactures steel products with main branch in Brno. To achieve the objectives of this thesis, marketing tools are used in the form of analysis supplemented by a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is focused not only on customer satisfaction, but also on a web project that should bring customers closer to current product offerings. The theoretical part describes the marketing research and applied analysis to the company 1CSC a.s.. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the environment of the company 1CSC a.s. and the interpretation of the results of a marketing survey conducted on customers of the selected company. At the end of the thesis, future steps are proposed on the basis of acquired data to improve the current situation.

The theoretical part contains a comprehensive overview of the marketing issues, marketing mix and marketing strategies. There is also included a creation of the analysis of external and internal company environment, project management and STP process. The current situation is discussed in the analytical part of the diploma thesis. The appropriate recommendation are defined according to realization of the marketing research through questionnaires and afterwards suitable marketing strategy is created for two years.
