Psychological aspects of cyberbullying

Diploma thesis "Psychological aspects of cyberbullying" deals with bullying, modern ways of communication and cyberbullying. It brings the main psychological knowledge connected to bullying, inquires into phenomena of communication using modern technologies and presents fundamental information about cyberbullying. The research part consists of qualitative and quantitative research. The purpose of qualitative research was to chart the phenomena connected to bullying and cyberbullying. The quantitative one informs then about the incidence of bullying and cyberbullying in the Czech Republic and conducts a survey of feelings, which are experienced by the victims of bullying and cyberbullying. The important part of the thesis is the statistical reliance analysis of those feelings according to various factors.
Prevention programmes against cyber-bullying in the Czech rep.

The subject of my bachelor work is cyber bullying as one of forms classic bullying and theoretical and practical prevention of this phenomenon. This work focus mainly on a way, in which is this new form of bullying solved and what programmes are existing in the Czech republic specifically to prevent cyberbullying. These programmes are evaluated. The bachelor work contains definition of the term cyberbullying in wider understanding - At first the work focuses on classic bullying, then the role of cyberspace in social interaction. Another basic theory for my work is theory of evaluation. Next part of the work is definition of the term cyberbullying as a social problem. This part includes forms and instruments of cyberbullying. I also pay attention on specific cases of cyberbullying in the Czech republic and abroad. Further there are researches and legislation about this topic in the Czech republic and abroad. The next part focuses on prevention of cyberbullying in our country - advices for stakeholders (children, parents, teachers) dealing with social patological phenomena. Bullying in multigraded class

The dissertation focuses on the issue of bullying at school with a small number of students. The theoretical part deals with description and definition of socia - pathological phenomena especially its causes, forms, wals of its solution, the sphere of prevention and last but not least with pupilś parents advice. It can help u show and where the given situation should be solid and where we can look for help. The practical part deals with the incidence and manifestations of bullying at this school between 2005/2006 and 2010/2011. The results are compared and examined and after that they are evaluated if the personal change on the post of school teachers in the course of these years led to an improvement of relations between students and teachers.

The bachelor thesis "Disinhibition forms and manifestation" focuses on the internet communication. Nowadays, mobile phones, Internet and other communication devices can use the Internet or your mobile phone to communicate for hours. Start of thesis deals with an introduction to the history of the Internet and cyberspace as an environment in which the Internet is. Then he deals with basic psychological aspects of communication in cyberspace. It represents a typical group of victims, and various methods of attack. It points out the advantages and disadvantages of Internet and social networks and their dangers, but also on the positive aspects of social networks and the Internet for young people. The bachelor thesis can be used as a source of information to all who are interested in communicating on the Internet. And as a further inspiration to those who explore this area of communication.
Cyberbullying and its prevention in Královehradecký region in the view of primary school

This thesis deals with cyber bullying and teachers awareness about this socio-pathological phenomenon. The theoretical part describes the concept and forms of cyber bullying, defines and describes the consequences for the cyber bullying victim. The work is dedicated to the elementary school cyber bullying prevention and defines how parents and teachers are involved with. This work describes some projects focused on safer use of the Internet. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the topic of cyber bullying and its prevention from the perspective of educators in selected primary schools. The second objective is to determine what do teachers know about the observed phenomenon and how do they perceive its prevention. Qualitative research in empirical part of the work is based on interviews with teachers. Interviews are conducted with regard to the topics content analysis in the theoretical part of the work.
Cyberbullying at basic schools

This thesis focuses on the theme of cyberbullying at selected basic schools in the Czech Republic. The conceptual basis rests upon Lawrence Kohlberg theory of moral development and theory of social pathology. Through the desk research of the relevant Czech and international research, and through experts interviewing, the aims of the thesis are mainly exploratory, i.e. to explore the nowadays situation in (incl. effects and prevention/fighting of) cyberbullying at sample basic schools in the Czech Republic.
Investigative journalists at risk in Czech media environment

Fifty journalists worldwide lost their lives while doing their job last year. Many others are in prison, face death threats and other kinds of imminence. With the spread of the internet and social media a lot of communication moved into cyberspace therefore many threats and attacks towards journalists are taking place there. This thesis called Investigative Journalists in Danger in Czech Media Environment deals with the threats investigative journalists are facing. This paper also analyses how they are protecting themselves while doing their job. For a better understanding of the whole topic, this paper also presents to the reader the history, development and role of investigative journalism in the Czech Republic. The research presents interviews with twelve established Czech investigative journalists who shared their experiences and opinions on the state of security in the Czech Republic, the threats they are facing and how they are protecting themselves. The answers of the respondents confirmed the general opinion that being an investigative journalist is often a dangerous job where the reporters face all kinds of threats and pressure.
Bullying issues at selected primary school and special school

(in English): I chose the topic for my bachelor thesis because I'm interested in it. I myself am a mother of three children of different ages and I think the topic of bullying is very interesting. One of the hypothesis of my work will be to find out whether and how the parents of children that have experienced bullying perceived this situation and if they can actually correctly name it. Another goal will be to find out in what specific way the parents of children that have experienced bullying dealt with this situation. The practical part will focus on the basis of a questionnaire survey to determine the consequences of bullying in a regular elementary school and a special elementary school. Based on the questions asked, it seemed that the parents had experienced bullying only once, which, according to the definition of bullying, does not meet the definition of bullying. Many parents are unaware of the phenomenon of bullying and do not consider signs of bullying to be bullying. From the presented speeches, the parents mentioned the most common manifestations such as torn or damaged clothes, or lost things than, for example, physical harm.
