The impact of management training on subordinates' motivation for further training

This thesis examines the impact of managers' continuing education on their subordinates' motivation for continuing education. The aim of the thesis was to find out how employees are influenced by their supervisor's approach to continuing education and whether manager training has a positive effect on motivation for learning and development. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. First, it deals with an introduction to management, the role and tasks of the manager, approaches to leading people, or managerial competencies. The second part discusses manager education and a systematic approach to manager development, including possible barriers to learning. The third section deals with motivation, where the concepts of motivation and stimulation, the context of motivation and the hierarchy of needs are defined and strategies to motivate adults to learn are described. The practical part of the thesis analyses the educational offer within the selected organisation, which can be used regularly by managers and employees. Furthermore, structured interviews are conducted with six selected managers. Possibilities of supporting children with special educational needs during the activities of the school club

The goal of the work was to prove whether there are possibilities of supporting children with special educational needs which are defined in the school law sufficiently reflected and used in school group. The author analyzes the lack of support for children with special educational needs in school clubs and points to a lack of information sharing between relevant subjects. The work emphasizes the need to optimize the information transmission system for more effective support of pupils with special educational needs in school clubs.
Education of pupils with special educational needs in a selected Montessori school

This thesis deals with the education of pupils with special educational needs in a selected Montessori school. The aim of the thesis is to examine the views of teachers on the education of pupils with special educational needs within the Montessori pedagogy, to analyse the implementation of support measures in a selected Montessori school and to evaluate the opportunities and risks that the Montessori system of education brings to these pupils. The theoretical framework of this thesis includes the study of special educational needs and support measures, defining the concepts of integration and inclusion in education along with the principles of inclusion. It also focuses on the characteristics of alternative schools, their function and role in education policy, including their legislative anchorage. The personality of Maria Montessori, the philosophy of her pedagogy and the principles of her pedagogical system are the central theme of the whole work. The practical part of the thesis contains the methodology and final results of the qualitative research conducted in the form of semi- structured interviews in a selected Montessori school. This bachelor thesis focuses on cubism as an artistic movement, but it does not fulfill an art historical purpose. It explores the basics of cubism and proposes a final educational program for primary school students and lower secondary school students. The aim of the thesis is to introduce this artistic style through an educational program, which includes a walk through "cubist architecture" in Prague, a visit to the Czech Cubism Exhibition at the House of the Black Madonna, and practical exercises with worksheets so that participants gain knowledge that will last in the long term. This thesis focuses on the education of seniors in modern technologies in the Luka nad Jihlavou municipality. In today's digitalized society, it is essential for the older generation to navigate modern technologies, which contributes to their better social integration and independence. A digitally literate individual knows how to use these technologies correctly and is aware of the potential risks associated with them. The goal of this work is to create an educational course for seniors that meets all the criteria for educational course creation and to verify its effectiveness through a questionnaire survey conducted before and after the course implementation. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to the issues of aging, old age, specifics of senior education, digital technology, or the creation of an educational course. The practical part builds on the theoretical foundations of the thesis and focuses on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the educational course. Methods and techniques of drama education as a tool for inclusion of pupils with a different mother tongue

The diploma thesis is named "Methods and Techniques of Drama Education as a Tool for Inclusion of Pupils with a Different Mother Tongue." In the theoretical part, the issues of pupils with a different mother tongue are specified. Subsequently, I generally discuss drama education as a method of teaching and furthermore its specific methods and techniques, which can be used for the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language. In the practical part, I name the most common difficulties in the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language in the educational process and define the utilization rate of drama education in eliminating the issues mentioned in the previous part. In the research, I used a quantitative analysis, a structured questionnaire method, and qualitative experiments through semi-structured interviews. The questionnaire was answered by 42 respondents (pedagogical employees).The results of the questionnaire analysis indicate that the greatest difficulties are language barriers, cultural differences, and unfamiliarity with the environment. Education of kindergarten teachers and their competences in cooperation with the pedagogical-psychological counselling centre.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education of teachers in kindergartens in relation to the competence for pedagogical diagnosis and communication with the pedagogical-psychological counselling of preschool children. The thesis deals with the actual form of cooperation between the PPCC and the kindergarten and also alludes to the sometimes occurring issue of cooperation between parents and teachers regarding the visit to the counselling centre and possible subsequent rejection results. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the clarification of the concept of the preschool child and its needs in relation to the kindergarten where it occurs, the subsequent pedagogical diagnosis and the necessary individualization. Closely related to this is the personality of the teacher, who the teacher actually is for the child, what are his/her roles, professional activities and duties and how much his/her overall quality matters. This section also focuses on the legislation measures and the educational system of kindergarten teachers in the Czech Republic.
