Prevention of socially pathological effects in Elementary school

The thesis is focused on sphere of the prevention of socially pathological effects in elementary school because only her has a great influence on teenagers. The main point of the study was to examine the level of prevention of socially pathological effects in individual schools. For comparison was made on Forcomparison, was made an research on a chosen sample of primary schools of urban and village type. According to methodological terms, was used substandard questionnaire used for personnel of selected primary schools. The research part was expanded to include the author's own practical experience in the implementation of prevention for children from 1 to 9th class of primary school.
Children and Youth Crime in the Central Bohemian region

This bachelor thesis deals with some knowledge of child delinquency and crime statistics to determine the fair youth in the Central Region. Mention where is the beginning of child delinquency. I used the statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic, where the actual number of children and juvenile delinquents. Analyzing juvenile delinquency and children in 2000 - 2012 and describes current developments. Suggesting effective forms of assistance to children from single-parent families, as well as other children who need help. Prevention in the broad sense is a complex and comprehensive process to reduce negative effects and eliminate their causes. Prevention in the narrower sense is the process of reducing crime itself. The work stress, not only to family and school, but the whole company is deeply interested in the systematic elimination of crime.
Reconstruction of a crime

Title of the dissertation: Reconstruction of a criminal offence Key words: reconstruction, criminal offence, criminology Abstract This dissertation deals with reconstruction of criminal offence, its definition, the tactics used and the relevant aspects of the criminal law. The first chapter is concerned with the term of 'crime reconstruction'and the use of the crime reconstruction, discussing the historical development of crime reconstruction together with the development of the views and opinions dealing with the crime reconstruction. The second chapter considers specific types of crime reconstruction, that is a reconstruction of criminologically significant crime locations, significant objects and significant signs of a criminal and, finally, the reconstruction of criminologically significant actions and events. The third chapter deals with the legal aspects of the reconstruction of criminal offence, specifically its embedding in the criminal law. The fourth chapter discusses the difference between the reconstruction of criminal offence and the other methods of investigation, such as the initial investigation, verification of statements on the site and the inspection of the scene of crime. This thesis deals with the topic that is related to drugs. This problem is quite broad content, it can accommodate several respects. The author chose a certain part, namely the crime of unauthorized production and other handling of narcotic and psychotropic substances and poisons under § 283 of the Criminal Code, in the context of the current situation. The theme of the drugs problem was processed in many dissertations, but it should be noted, has continued to discover new knowledge and to change trends in the drug scene. The work consists of seven separate chapters. The first chapter introduces the reader to the issue, which is related to drugs and also defines the basic concepts relating to drugs and drug-related crime. This chapter is important for understanding the following chapters. The second part of the introductory chapter describes the division of drugs and about each group is given basic information. The second chapter provides a history of the legislation related to drugs from Austro- Hungary until the present. Causes of property criminality of children and teenagers and possibilities of its prevention in the view of education and pedagogy

This thesis is focused on property crimes committed by minors and juvenile offenders. We try to find out the reasons for committing the crime and the influence of the initial social status of minors and young offenders. The aim is also to determine whether it is true generally accepted that the offenders of property crime among children and teenagers are mostly individuals coming from excluded and disadvantaged sections of society. And also to think about the possibilities of prevention of these acts of educational and pedagogical point of view. Because prevention is certainly one of the most important things in the fight against child crime. The thesis also shows the figures of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, which document the development of child and adolescent crime whithin last five years.

Diploma thesis "Criminality and its presentation in media - media representation of four chosen criminals in the Czech Republic after 1993" deals with presentation of criminality and criminals in mass media. Mass media play an important role, they are the main actor that creates public opinion and influences attitudes and opinions of the public within the basic themes that are important for contemporary society. After 1989, in connection with beginning media freedom and development of commercial media sector we could observe remarkable growth of news related to criminality and crime. We could also realize an increase of their tabloidization and brutalization. Unqualified public gains its knowledge of criminality in the region it is staying in and also in the whole republic particularly from the media. Media may although report to the recipients incorrectly about the involvement of criminality, number of crimes etc. The themes of this diploma thesis are as following: media production related to criminality and journalism, normative demands for journalism and media products including their infringements, social and media construction of reality and media representation. 12. Summary of Master's degree thesis in English Insurance fraud In my Master's degree thesis I was dealing with insurance fraud. Insurance fraud is no doubt as old as insurance itself and has been considered as part of the insurers trade risk. However, it has lately grown in importance until it has become at treat to the soundness of insurance markets. In the Czech republic, this situation has led to the adoption of legislative amendments in 1997, inserting a new section, § 250a , specifying insurance fraud, into the Criminal Code. Insurance fraud was one of the main topics of work section of insurance fraud in czech bureau of insurance. After that situation has changed. Bodies active in criminal proceedings started take this problem more seriously. People began to become aware of the seriousness of the problem. Especially how much it costs. In the beginning of my thesis I present motives to me to keep writing it and briefly describe the contents of individual chapters of the thesis. In the second part, I return to the circumstances in which the merits of the Act No. 140/1961 Coll., and briefly describe the changes as facts, which brought a new criminal code. Crime of fraud, credit and loan fraud pursuant to section 209, 210, 211 and 212 of the Criminal Code

Crime of fraud, credit and loan fraud pursuant to section 209,210, 211 and 212 of the Criminal Code Criminal code, No. 40/2009 Coll., contains the criminal offence of a fraud (Section 209) and it's special cases such as the insurance (Section 210), loan (Section 211) and subsidy fraud (Section 212), in total of four separate offences dealing with fraudulent deliquency. The author of the thesis deals with the characterization of facts of fraud. Property fraud (Section 209) is a damage crime, but the special forms of fraud have features of pre-accomplished crime (preparation of crime). Fraudster's criminal liability for insurance, loan or subsidy fraud is rather larger than criminal liability for general type of fraud. Analysis of the judicial decisions of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of the Czech republic is one part of the diploma thesis. From the results of the analysis the author concludes that there is a personal criminal liability for fraud when the perpetrator sues for a fake debt. This kind of deceptive activity is an attempt of crime of the fraud. The difference between special type of fraud (insurance, loan or subsidy Sec. 210 - 212 Criminal code) and general fraud (Sec. 209 Criminal code) is evident also in the level of evidence. First experiences of Act No. 45/2013 about crime victims in practice of assistance providers

(in English): The aim of the work was to describe the experience of the providers of assistance to victims of crime with the use of the law in their practice. The experience and the views of the providers were obtained in the form of a questionnaire survey. As a source of data for addressing service has been utilized to view all registered entities providing their services to the victims of the crimes on the web site of the Ministry of justice. The work was focused on the practical application of selected provisions of act no. 45/2013 Coll. and from its results revealed that providers in your practice are finding that the provisions relating to particularly vulnerable victims, are defined too narrowly. Also the communication between the provider and the police is not yet ideally set.
