Media image of the Workers Party during Janov events on the pages of Mlada Fronta DNES and Lidove Noviny

Diploma thesis "Media Image of the Workers Party During Janov Events on the Pages of Mlada fronta Dnes and Lidove noviny" deals with the manner how two chosen Czech newspapers referred about the commotions in Janov, which is a part of Litvinov, Northern Bohemia. In autumn 2008 members and supporters of ultra-right Delnicka strana (the Workers Party) clashed with police and local Romany after they tried to break through to the Janov housing estate. According to them, their aim was to support and protect the local non-Romany inhabitants. The methods of the thesis are quantitative and qualitative analysis of the media content. Thanks to them it is able to compare the amount of space which two chosen newspapers used to refer about these events and if their news were balanced and in which manners did they differ. There is also a theoretical part, in which a development and rise of Czech rightwing extremism after the Velvet revolution is described and summed up, focusing on the political parties who represented the Nazis in the 1990s and now - the SPR-RSC (Republicans) and Delnicka strana.

Reflexive constructions in Spanish. Their function and use

Presented thesis deals with reflexive constructions as can be seen ain its title. Starting from explaining the principle of reflexivity, the thesis describes sentences and enunciations which are constructed with the morpheme se. The reflexive constructions which are one of the most important points are devided into three main groups according to the Prague Syntactic School. It is always analysed if there is any real reflexive contain in every type of construction. Ethic dative is another important point of this work. It is devided into two types because in some cases it forces the expressivity of the sentence as a complex and in another cases it affects rather the concrete verbal expression. Examples of use were clasified into different thematic sections. There were defined some possible rules in the use of pronominal form of mentioned verbs. As this thesis should primarilly consider how the use of the pronoun se changes different structures, the sections which were mentioned yet are naturally composed regarding this point. The theme of ethic dative belongs here to the group of cases which are not so significantly affected by the application of the reflexive morpheme. Vodňany- small town in small prose of František Herites

Diplomová práce představuje dílo napomenutého žánrového realisty", 1 Františka Heritese (1851 - 1929), jež patřil do okruhu spisovatelů lumírovské generace. Těžiště práce spočívá v analýze zobrazení malého města v Heritesových drobných prozaických útvarech (arabeska, kresba, humoreska, povídka). Předlohou pro kresbu maloměstské společnosti byly Heritesovi jihočeské Vodňany, které jsou jeho rodištěm. V nich také Herites strávil podstatnou část svého života, jenž byl spjat s lékárnickou praxí, díky níž poznal postavy a typy maloměstské společnosti, o nichž později psal ve své tvorbě. V souvislosti s vodňanským pobytem Františka Heritese je připomenuto jeho přátelství s básníky Juliem Zeyerem a Otakarem Mokrým, s nimiž tvořil tzv. Vodňanský trojlístek, který zaujímá významné postavení v literární tradici města. Tu však netvoří pouze toto uskupení, což je doloženo v kapitole věnované kulturnímu a literárnímu přehledu Vodňan. Biogeography and specificity of Asterochloris photobionts

This diploma thesis has focused on the diversity and biogeography of Asterochloris photobionts. Since no study so far has been published on the biogeography of symbiotic microorganisms, the presented thesis is the first attemp to trace the biogeographic distribution and endemism of symbionts. By gathering 121 Asterochloris sequences obtained from lichen thalli sampled outside Europe and America, the diversity within the genus increased dramatically. The phylogenetic analysis based on the concatenated alignment of ITS rDNA and actin sequences obtained from Cladonia and Stereocaulon photobionts revealed 28 differently supported clades. Of them, eight lineages were newly discovered. Three environmental factors explaining the best the distribution pattern of Asterochloris photobionts were selected according to the statistical tests of the phylogenetic signal: two different types of biogeographical ecoregions and the substrate type. In general, the genus Asterochloris is distributed cosmopolitally, with a very low rate of endemism. Newly obtained data indicate that the restricted distribution of any photobiont clade is not caused by either historic or biological factors, but more likely by specific climatic or habitat preferences.

Baroque glass and its collection in the Older history section of the Czech National Museum

Celá tato práce je výsledkem několikaletého projektu, zaměřeného na studium barokního skla. V jejím prvním dílu se pokoušíme podat vymezení problému barokního skla v obecné rovině. Na začátek zařazujeme nejprve teoretickou úvahu o možnostech pojetí materiálu v dějinách umění. Druhou část prvního dílu pak věnujeme soudobým názorům na sklářství, které nám ve svém literárním díle zanechal německý polyhistor 17. století Johann Joachim Becher. Celý tento úvodní díl není přehledem dějin sklářství, ani přehledem názorů na sklářství. Vychází však z dosud málo známých dobových literárních pramenů, které se snaží nově zhodnotit a vytvořit z nich určitou teoretickou základnu, z níž by bylo možné barokní sklo vnímat a k jeho studiu dále přistupovat. V jeho závěrech se spíše snažíme některé problémy otevřít a vymezit, než na ně s konečnou platností odpovědět. V příloze k tomuto dílu uvádíme ukázky Becherových textů o skle. Na závěr zařazujeme přehled použité literatury, na kterou odkazujeme v statích a v katalogových heslech ve zkratkách. Druhý díl práce je věnován sbírce barokního skla v oddělení starších českých dějin Národního muzea. Na zaklade veskerych dosavadnich vyzkumu lze nyni uvest uplny souhrn udaju k Benediktovym tiskum. Vavrinec Benedikt z Nudozer vypracoval behem sveho zivota ceske casomerne parafraze zrejme vsech 150 zalmovych textu, z nichz se dochovaly pouze dva tisky, obsahujici v jednom pripade 10 zalmu, ve druhem 2 zalmy. Oba tisky byly vydany v roce 1606, Aliquot psalmorum u Jiriho Nigrina, Zalmove devadesaty prvni a Sty tieti u Daniela Adama z Veleslavina. V predmluve k tisku deseti zalmu Aliquot psalmorum se Benedikt hlasi k predloze, podle niz parafraze vytvarel. Jde 0 latinske prebasneni celeho zaltare basnika Georga Buchanana, vystavene na zaklade 30 antickych metrickych vzorcu. Tyto parafraze znovu vydal humanista a basnik Nathan Chytraeus ve spolupraci se skladatelem a kantorem Statiem Olthofem v roce 1585. Tricet metrickym vzorcu bylo ctyrhlasymi hudebnimi zpracovanimi, opatreno celkem 40 jez pripravil Olthof. Autorem 16 z nich byl Johann Reusch. Prave k teto edici se odkazuje Benedikt, ovsem bez udani roku vydani, s nimz pracoval. Dulezitou soucasti Benediktova doprovodneho textu tisku Aliquot psalmorum j e vysvetleni pravidel, podle nichz byly parafraze vytvareny, a poznamky k j ednotli vym metrickym schematum. Analysis of selected areas of tax administration of the Czech republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis "Analysis of chosen areas from tax administration of the Czech Republic" is to specify the area of tax payment, i.e. analyse practices of tax administration, to compare tax regulations and Tax administration Act and analyse tax payment and tax arrears.My work is divided into four chapters. The first one devotes to basic notions which are used in tax administration. The second chapter is aimed at chosen tax administrators (land and finance authorities). The third chapter deals with tax payment with deeper view at all three phases - tax accounting, tax collection and. The last chapter is analytical and my focus of intention is directed to the comparison of interrelation between defined rates in particular years and number of tax subjects with values of total cash and tax arrears.

Student Protests in France in 2006

Práce se zabývá zkoumáním studentských protestů ve Francii v roce 2006 a s nimi souvisejícími přeměnami trhu práce. Cílem textu je analýza sporu kolem nové úpravy pracovní legislativy ve Francii. Zároveň je provedeno srovnání s reformami přijatými v jiných zemích. První kapitola se věnuje legislativní ochraně zaměstnanosti a jejímu dopadu na trh práce, s důrazem na analýzu aktuální situace ve Francii a její vývoj v mezinárodním kontextu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na dva typy pracovních smluv, které měly pomoci snížit rigiditu francouzské legislativy. Třetí kapitola popisuje příčiny odmítnutí druhé z přijatých reforem a poukazuje na některé problémy současné francouzské společnosti. Čtvrtá část pak představuje vývoj legislativy po odmítnutí nové smlouvy a na základě mezinárodního srovnání nastiňuje možné cesty reformy trhu práce. Závěr shrnuje výsledky analýzy a nabízí určitá doporučení reforem trhu práce ve Francii.

The pastoration of mentally disabled people

THE PASTORATION OF MENTALLY DISABLED PEOPLE The Bachelor's thesis offers a comprehensive look at one of the areas in which the Church is active in pastoration, with a focus on the target group of mentally handicapped people. It characterizes the stance of the Church and its pastoration approach towards the mentally disabled, particularly with regard to categorial pastoration, pastoration in less common situations, and the pastoration of the sick (handicapped), approaches that mutually blend together. The thesis includes a look at the issue of being mentally handicapped, with a breakdown of the most frequent types and a classification of the degrees of the intensity of mental retardation with regard to the possibilities of their education and socialization. Also specified are the areas of pastoration that mainly concern the mentally disabled. The thesis also includes a description of the possibilities of the pastoration of the mentally disabled and a specification of the conditions of this work, in which are also listed the specific requirements placed on the pastorizing person and on the Church community.
