Excessive public tenders with respect to construction work subject to open procedure

English summary Public procurement, as a relatively young branch of law, emerging from the American internal army regulations of public contracts, has become one of the most significant instrument of outsourcing execution of work, supply of products and services. In this work I am dealing with construction works, as they are the basis of present and future economic growth. Public tenders for infrastructure, flood control measures, reconstruction of schools and hospitals etc. effectively allocates financial means, but also creates new jobs and opportunities for economic operators hit by the global financial recession. The purpose of this master degree thesis is to analyze the current Czech public procurement legislation with respect of the regulations and directives of the European Union. As it is not possible to give a comprehensive preview of every single problem and question relating public procurement, the focus is on the most problematic part of the Public Procurement Code. Development of Approches to Retouch in Restoration of Painting

The submitted Bachelors work surveys the development of view on retouching of restoration of paint artworks. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with theoretical bases and conditions for uprise of care of historical monuments and its development of restoring. The second part deals with development of restoring works in our country, resp. how these works have been presented by the Czech restoring school. Hereby, this development of restoring works bases on the development of view on paint retouch technique which has been used in artwork's renovation. By treating of this subject the big emphasis on general perspective in the development of views on retouching of artworks restoration and on the reflection of theoretical thinking in the frame of the care of historical monuments from the beginning of 19. Century till present time is put. This work comprises of the most important development periods with respect on today's theory of care of historical monuments in our country. Therefore, the goal of the work is not the theory of the care of historical monuments in its whole extend. General, this topic is very comprehensive and is to be treated in the following works. Olga Karlíková and Her Artwork in State Institutions

ANGLICKÁ ANOTACE A theme of the bachelor thesis is a live and work of art a Czech artist Olga Karlíková (1923-2004). Her work have not been lined up theoretically, and treating of her comprehensive monograph and listing her art-works in municipal and private hands is an incentive issue and deal for a renowned historian of art. The aim of my work is to partially contribute to exposure her work. A list of her works in municipal institutions hands is a part of the thesis. Olga Karlíková born in 1923 in Prague and there she live through her childhood. In 1948 she graduated at Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, where she studied at Prof. Antonín Kybal (1901-1971), and she gained a stance on tapestry because of him. She worked in Ústav bytové a oděvní kultury - ÚBOK (Institute of Quarter and Dress Culture), where she used to design a quarter textile. She dedicated herself to tapestry the most. There used to be an open and creative atmosphere, and Jinrřich Chalupecký spent there a short episode, for example. Jiří and Daisy Mrázkovy were her long-time and close co-workers. Karlíková was a solitaire artist above all. She created without a support of collective programmes. Intranet in the company and its function

Bachelor thesis, entitled "Intranet in the company and its function", deals with today's actual theme, which is related to the intranet and intranet portals. Nowadays, when a lot of information is available, searching for them becomes more complicated and time-consuming for employees. This is ineffective and in competitive environment it is disadvantage, which could mean a failure for the company. Main objective of this thesis is comprehensive introduction of intranet to the reader and to show him the latest trends by the description of its development. Next step is description of advantages and functions of intranet for the company. It also describes to treat about actual themes related to the projection and safety of intranet. This is strengthened in the practical part, where the analysis of intranet in a concrete company is made. In this analysis, facts written in the theoretical part are used.

The comparison of principal demographic data of patients surgically treated for tibial diaphysis fracture and ankle fracture

At the beginning of the work there are described the most important anatomical structures in the observed locations of the both compared types of fractures The second part is divided in more chapters and it the traumatological introduction for the diaphyseal and angle fractures issue. This part is beginning with the basic partition to the further specialization on diagnostics, classification, therapy and healing focused on the tibial and ankle part. The single demographic data for the both types of fractures is described in the third part. In the last chapter there is the comprehension of the most important data of diaphyseal tibial and ankle fracture.

Aesthetic of early videoart

This diploma thesis treats of the video art of the 1960s and 70s from four points of view: in chapter one the artistic and technological genesis of video art is analyzed; chapter two is dedicated to a scholarly analysis of video art on whose basis the relation of video art to other arts is determined (especially film and fine art), the chapter, furthermore, examines the properties of video as a medium; chapter three deals with the reception of video art by the audience, its mode of depiction and aesthetic properties which are demonstrated on specific examples; the final chapter is dedicated to feminist video art whose task it was to help emancipate women. The aim of the thesis is to present a comprehensive overview of early video art with emphasis on its artistic and aesthetic properties. The thesis does not merely rest on valid scholarly theories - it also analyzes specific art pieces which are documented in an extensive graphic appendix.

Use of metaphor in school education

The main aim of the work is to clarify the contemporary conception of metaphor and to find ways of its use in school education on this basis. In the first part, metaphors are shown as a common element of human understanding of the world. The basic terminology, principles and categories of metaphor are explained and metaphors are distinguished from similar phenomenons such as analogies, similes and metonymies. Then general communication and cognitive options and functions of metaphors are explained and conclusions arising from researches into child comprehension and production of metaphor are introduced. In the second part, opportunities of application in school education are considered. Metaphors are assumed to be a specific method which can be used to achieve an array of teaching aims. Conditions of this use are considered in the light of subject matters and relation between a teacher and a student. Potential risks of metaphors used in school education are introduced and treated. In conclusion, metaphors are pondered in context of metacogniton and two basic metacognitive strategies are described illustratively which also serves as a methodical illustration for teachers.

Hemodynamic parameters of the cervical carotid bed of saline in the throes of stenosis of the carotid bulb and the bed capacity of treated recanalization excercise

With the increasing number of patients suffering from some metabolic diseases leading to the development of atherosclerosis there is an urgent need for early diagnosis of the scale. If we think about disability sclerotic cerebral arteries, the optimal method of investigation is duplex ultrasonography, which is relatively inexpensive and friendly for the patient. To assess not only the structure and extent of atherosclerotic plaque, but also to assess the extent of any narrowing of the arteries and to evaluate the hemodynamic impact of structural changes present. It is an ideal candidate for screening in primary or secondary prevention of stroke, as well as for regular checks dispensarized patients. Knowledge of normal hemodynamic conditions in the cervical carotid stream is necessary in the assessment of various pathological conditions. This paper seeks to offer the most comprehensive view on the issue of carotid stenoses ultrasonografisty eyes. For practical reasons we focus on localized stenosis in the carotid bulb, the number is high above the stenosis in other locations.

Since this course of study is relatively new, biologics are described from common point of view including their manufacture. The major part is dedicated to individual categories of biologics. How biologics are obtained, what is the mechanism of action and use of certain biologics in treating diseases. Pathogenesis of diseases, in which biological therapy is currently used and an overview of the therapy of these diseases using biological therapy is described in the last section. I also mention some of the adverse effects of these biologics which have very frequent or frequent occurrence of adverse effects or of these which have a lot of adverse effects.

The Issue of the Concept of Criminal Custody

- The Issue of the Concept of Criminal Custody This diploma thesis deals with the instrument of criminal custody as a security instrument. This instrument is considered as quite controversial in view of the fact that it's usage means the conflict between the interest of the investigating authority to accomplish the purpose of prosecution and person's right to personal freedom guaranteed by the Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms while the accused has to be treated as innocent according to the principle of presumption of innocence. The goal of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current legislation of the instrument of custody and also of the problems connected with custody. The thesis is divided into seven chapters including the introduction and the ending chapter. The second chapter deals with the development of the custody legislation in history and major part of the chapter is focused on the Act's of criminal procedure from years 1873, 1950 and 1961.
